The house is in a great location with a beautiful view. Well furnished, good appliances. Wapato Point is a wonderful vacation spot. The downside -- The garage is not included, so your large water toys have no place to be, and your car is parked outside. We had frustrating communications with the management company over this and the fact that there was no outdoor garbage can. They didn't show up as promised to deal with an AC chore. We have rented this house several times over the years and are sorry to see that it needs maintenance.

Wapato Point is amazing! We have stayed in many houses here and this home is fine. The thing that really hampered our stay was having to deal with Vacasa, who I define as the host, regarding having no hot water for 48 hours. We had 11 sweaty, sandy, greasy people from sun lotion and we had no hot water for showers! Things break. We understand that, but Vacasa's lack of response and poor communication is what we cannot understand and is unacceptable! We called them several times and were always told they would call us back. They never did. We always had to call again. Then we were told they were tending to a more important matter at another property!!!! Really for as many properties as they manage, they should contract with enough repair people to be able to take care of more than one issue at a time. Once a repair person arrived, it was a very simple fix. Too bad the entire ordeal left us with a very bad impression of Vacasa and bad memories of our vacation.

Great Vacation Home

The house worked well for our group of 10. It is very conveniently located, near the pool and paths to the lake. The kitchen is well outfitted. It has a great sized deck with lots of seating and dining space.

Comfortable stay for 3 families with kids

The house is one of the best we have stayed in throughout years of visiting Wapato Pt. It is spacious, it has all you may need for a week-long stay, from kitchen supplies, to board games, to bedding. It is clean and very comfortable for a party of 3 couples and 4 teenagers (kids stayed in the same room). We would gladly stay in this house again.

Nice stay overall

Fully equipped kitchen, nicely labeled equipment and lights. Very clean, well maintained. Loved the hot tub and sledding down the hill right next to house. Can't beat the views!

Lake view in Manson

Lovely comfortable home with lots of room for all my family. It was perfect! Beautiful sunrises over looking the lake. Lots to do for everyone. Close to restaurants wineries and grocery store. Looking forward to coming back, soon!

Outstanding Property

We loved everything about this house. Exceptionally clean, well outfitted kitchen which made cooking our meals easy. Lots of towels for everyone to go to the pool and use the hot tub. All the appliances worked perfectly. This was our second time at this property and we will be back!

Wonderful house!

Our group included 3 couples with 6 kids and this house was perfect. You can walk to the park and beach and pool. The house was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with plates and utensils. Also TONS of towels which was nice to see. The view was wonderful to wake up to each day and overall I'd recommend this house to anyone.

Incredible location and amenities

We loved the location of this home on Wapato Point, where we stay annually for a family summer trip. We’ve never been at this home but will surely return. The house is outfitted with everything you need from ample kitchen supplies to a grill, beach towels, and hot tub. The multiple bedrooms and living rooms provided us with room to spread out as a family, the the multiple kids beds were a treat for the kids. Oh, and I didn’t even mention the 180 degree lake views!
