This single-level Queenstown home sits on a huge, tree-lined lot with a vaulted great room, a two-island chef's kitchen, and a second living room with a brick fireplace. Two bedrooms and three full baths sleep 7 with room to spread out. Queenstown Harbor Golf is 4 miles, the Premium Outlets 4 miles, and Kent Island 12 miles. Free parking with plenty of room for vehicles.



The Space:

BEDROOMS

Two bedrooms, both on the main level. The primary has a king bed, a Smart TV, and an ensuite bath. The second bedroom has a queen with a wide window over the front lawn. A daybed off the entry adds extra sleeping space for kids. Fresh linens provided.



BATHROOMS

Three full bathrooms — one ensuite off the primary with a travertine walk-in shower, one in the hall with a deep jetted soaking tub in slate tile, and a third with a glass shower stall. Stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer.



KITCHEN

Two islands, a gas cooktop with island hood, double wall ovens, a built-in refrigerator, dishwasher, and granite counters. Bar seating for five. Pots, pans, dishes, utensils, cutting boards, coffee maker, and cookware for group meals.



LIVING AREAS

The great room is the center of the house — vaulted ceiling, skylights, wood-burning fireplace, and windows on three sides looking out over the lawn. The sectional seats seven and opens straight into the kitchen. A second living room with a brick fireplace and floor-to-ceiling built-ins gives you a quieter place to land. Off the entry, a foosball table and daybed make a natural spot for kids. Smart TVs in the great room and primary bedroom.



OUTDOOR LIVING

The back door opens onto a new wood deck with a dining table for six and a gas grill. A few steps down is the pool — free-form, ringed in flagstone with loungers and Adirondack chairs, screened by ornamental grasses and mature shade trees. It's private; you're not looking at neighbors and they're not looking at you. The lawn runs out to a tree line on all sides.



PARKING

Free parking for four-plus cars on a long paved driveway with a turnaround.



LOCATION

4 miles to Queenstown Harbor Golf Links (River and Lakes courses) and The Tavern at Queenstown Harbor for breakfast before your round. 4 miles to Queenstown Premium Outlets. Bennett Point General Store & Deli is 2 miles down the road for subs, pizza, and beer. 12 miles to Kent Narrows — Bridges Restaurant and Dock House for crabs and rockfish on the water. Safeway in Chester is 10 miles. Wye Island Natural Resources Management Area is 6 miles for hiking and birding. Downtown Annapolis is 25 miles over the Bay Bridge.

Pool is unheated and open seasonally (Memorial Day–Labor Day). No lifeguard. Children must be supervised at all times; swimming is at your own risk.

Fireplaces are decorative and not available for guest use

Quiet hours 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Residential neighborhood.

No parties or events. All guests must be listed on the reservation.



Guest Access:

Guests can access entire house except for locked garage and locked owners closet inside the primary bedroom.

Residential neighborhood. No parties allowed. Be courteous of neighbors.
