Step outside to your private screened pool and tropical-inspired lanai featuring a Tiki bar and plenty of space to lounge or dine. Just beyond the pool, the private dock overlooks a peaceful freshwater canal—the perfect backdrop for your Cape Coral getaway!



Guest Access:

Please use the front entrance. You will receive your access code to the smart lock 4 days prior to your check-in date

Located in a quiet Cape Coral neighborhood, this home offers a relaxing residential setting while keeping you close to everything Southwest Florida has to offer. Enjoy easy access to local restaurants, shopping, golf courses, parks, and waterfront dining throughout Cape Coral. Fort Myers, Downtown Cape Coral, and area attractions are just a short drive away, making this a great home base for exploring the area or simply enjoying the Florida sunshine.



Getting Around:

This property is located just north off of Pine Island Road, which is one of the main means of transportation to local dining, grocery stores, and supermarkets. This home is about 30-45 minutes from the large beaches (Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island).
