Great location. Could walk to shops and restaurants. Pool was excellent and clean. Wish there was a dishwasher. Kitchen did not have a large pot you could use for a seafood boil.

I would definitely go back here again!. I’ve been coming to Port Aransas for many years. I stayed at plenty of houses. I also like that the host is not always messaging and giving us privacy. I love that it’s pet friendly as well, but I would recommend to have a mop in the kitchen and a broom as well. I had to go to the IGA to buy a little cheap mop . There was a bag of chips that spilled under the table downstairs that I would’ve cleaned up better if I had a broom. But other than that, I would definitely come back. I had fun at your house. Thank you for having us.

Nice stay, could use update grill and pictures

Refrigerator pictured downstairs is not there, grill doesn’t really work, and master tv would not work. Pool was clean and house was comfortable though!

Housekeepers were still cleaning upon arrival at 4pm.Pool was dirty and not functioning proper, notified mgmt at check in, was not serviced until the following day and required numerous messages from me as well as contacting vacasa for assist.Refrigerator needs to be replaced.

This property has such great potential but definitely needs some TLC. Honestly the pool was the best part of our stay. The house needs a lot of work for the price you pay per night. Numerous things were broken including lights and a lot of power surges constantly. We sent a list of items to management so hopefully they will address some of them. All in all we had fun…

Great property. Cozy home feel and great location. I would rate it a 5 but management failed us again. Lots of dust, dirty plates, broken items. 2nd trip Vacasa failed on internet. Internet guy had to come out twice after reporting internet failure during our stay. Will not be using Vacasa again.

Basic needs met

We stayed here as a family of four and overall it met our basic needs. The space was clean enough, beds comfortably fit all four of us, and the pool was clean and in good shape. We also appreciated the keyless entry locks — no need to coordinate with a manager for check-in or check-out, which made arrivals and departures easy. For the price, it seemed like a reasonable option, though it's worth knowing upfront that this isn't a glamorous or high-end space — more of a practical, no-frills stay. A few things to flag for future guests: We found a couple of small spiders inside during our stay. There was a dead moth on the dryer when we arrived. The house had a faint smell of cigarette smoke, noticeable at check-in and again each time we returned from the beach. The mattress in the main master bedroom was just okay — my husband found it uncomfortable. None of these were dealbreakers, but they're worth knowing about going in. If you're looking for a clean, functional, no-fuss home base near the beach and don't mind a few minor quirks, this could work for you.
