The entrance provides access to the bedrooms, bathroom and living room. The living room has a lovely corner sofa with armchair, digital television and large sliding doors. Through these sliding doors you reach the spacious balcony (20m²) with garden furniture. The glass wind screen along the balcony gives you an unobstructed view of the beautiful North Sea and the wide sandy beach, and you can quickly sit outside in a sheltered position.
 
The kitchen is separated from the living room and has a cozy wooden living table that offers a view over the sea and beach. The fully equipped Boretti kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, grill, combination oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine/Nespresso and kettle.
 
The master bedroom has a double bed and built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has 2 box-spring beds and a large wardrobe.
 
The bathroom has a shower, sink, washing machine and dryer. The toilet is separate!
 
This house has a garage (height 2.04m x width 2.35m). This is located at the bottom of the Terrace Flat complex. You must use this parking facility. Please note: it is not possible to charge electric cars and/or bicycles in the garage.
 
The complex has an elevator. But you still need to be able to climb some stairs.
