As soon as you enter the house, you immediately find yourself in the cozy hallway. The hallway gives you access to the renovated 2 bedrooms, toilet, bathroom and living room with open kitchen.
The restyled living room has new furniture. You can relax on the comfortable sofa with chaise lounge or in the easy chair. The living room also has a flat screen TV, DVD player and cozy dining area with 4 chairs. The eye-catcher in the house is a beautiful photo of the J.C. van Speyk lighthouse.
 
Through the French door you reach the balcony, located on the west, which is equipped with 2 garden chairs, table and awning.
 
The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as: dishwasher, combination microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine/dryer.
 
The modern and luxurious bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and mirror. There is a separate toilet in the apartment.
 
One bedroom has 2 separate box-spring beds and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 box-spring beds, spacious wardrobe, television and offers a beautiful view of the sea.

Upon arrival you will receive 1 digital "parking permit" for the license plate number you specified (1 car). This allows you to park in public parking spaces in designated zones. Due to the new digital parking system, you must provide us with your car registration number before arrival! Please note: paid parking applies in Egmond aan Zee!
 
You will receive a maximum of 2 entrance tickets for the North Holland Dune Reserve.
