Summary:
The Omega House: a fully renovated three-bedroom, two-bath home just north of the Houston Heights, ten minutes from Downtown. Two king beds and a queen, two walk-in showers, a new kitchen with quartz counters and stainless appliances, fast Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer. Sleeps up to eight, with an air mattress for the living room. Keypad self check-in and free parking right out front.
The Space:
A fully renovated three-bedroom, two-bath home with everything new in 2026: mattresses, linens, towels and cookware.
Bedrooms: two with king beds and one with a queen.
Baths: two bathrooms, each with a walk-in tiled shower.
Kitchen: quartz counters, stainless appliances, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and everything you need to cook.
Living: a large smart TV and fast Wi-Fi suited to work calls, with central air and heat and ceiling fans in every room.
Laundry: a washer and dryer in the home.
Outdoors: a fenced back yard, shared with The Omega Studio at the back of the lot.
Sleeping arrangements: the house sleeps up to eight. The two kings and the queen sleep six; a seventh and eighth guest sleep on the queen air mattress set up in the living room.
Travelling with a larger group? The Omega Studio, a separate residence at the back of the same lot, can be reserved alongside the house for additional space. Simply message us and we will be glad to arrange both.
Guest Access:
The main house is yours, with keypad entry on the front porch and free street parking out front for two cars. The Omega Studio, a separate residence with its own guests, sits at the back of the lot, and the back yard is shared. Your arrival details come with your booking confirmation.
The Neighborhood:
Just north of the Houston Heights on a quiet residential street, ten minutes from Downtown and Daikin Park. The Heights' 19th Street is home to many of the city's favorite restaurants, coffee shops and bars, including Coltivare, Better Luck Tomorrow, Eight Row Flint and Boomtown Coffee, all within a ten-minute drive. H-E-B, Target and pharmacies are five minutes away.
Getting Around:
Downtown 10 min. Daikin Park and Toyota Center 12 to 15 min. The Heights (19th St) 10 min. Galleria 20 min. Texas Medical Center 20 to 25 min. NRG Stadium 25 to 30 min (not walkable). Bush Intercontinental (IAH) 20 min; Hobby (HOU) 25 to 30 min. Add 10 to 15 minutes in rush hour. A car is easiest; rideshare is reliable and the best option for game days and concerts. Free street parking at the house.
Other Things to Note:
Self check-in with a door code, no in-person handoff. We reply to messages within minutes, day or night, and can be at the house quickly if anything needs attention. Local cleaning and maintenance team on call.
