Spacieuse et luxueuse demeure de charme aménagée pour héberger très confortablement jusqu'à 25 personnes. 'Le Domaine des Grands Chênes', à 10 minutes au sud de Bergerac, proche du château de Monbazillac et à quelques minutes du golf 4**** des Vigiers, vous séduira par son cadre exceptionnel, son calme et son standing. Cette maison lumineuse, entièrement rénovée, ainsi que sa piscine chauffée, bénéficient d'une splendide vue dominante sur prairies, forêts, étang et vignes. La propriété de 3 hectares, aménagée pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis, des célébrations d'anniversaire ou autres réunions, possède un jardin paysager et fleuri, une roseraie, de beaux chênes centenaires.


Equipements: Sur le site: piscine chauffée 11m x 5m avec large terrasse et alarme d'immersion homologuée pour la protection des jeunes enfants. Portique de jeux pour enfants, table de ping-pong, volley-ball, mini baby-foot, jeux de fléchettes... Our Family loved our holiday here. A beautiful location looking out across vineyards, with a wonderful pool and sun deck area, lots of places to sit quietly but also lots to do to keep the kids entertained. Lovely property in a fantastic location

Marie-Jeanne and Daniel's villa is in a beautiful location, with lovely grounds and a fantastic view over the valley below. The property is very well appointed and we lacked for very little. Our hosts' communication was excellent and they were extremely accommodating to our travel plans, etc. We had a slight issue with one of the ovens while we were there and Daniel sorted it very quickly. Highly recommended.

Good food and fine wine with friends

There were 22 of us staying in the villa from 6 to 47 years old. We laughed, ate good food, drank fine wine and played by the pool, volleyball, table tennis, pool etc We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this villa to people. The area is beautiful and the villa is well placed to explore.

Family holiday

Three Family Reunion

The property was very spacious for the 24 of us with cooking and BBQ facilities more than adequate for that size group. The rooms are well appointed and the villa is more than well equipped with pool sun loungers etc. the hosts are absolutely lovely and very helpful. we just had the most wonderful time at this property and would not hesitate to recommend the Villa to any large group. You would have to try hard not to have a great time here.

The home was perfect for all ages. House is very well equipped. The landscaping is probably the best I’ve ever seen. The home is very large and all rooms are great. We had 20 for an anniversary celebration. The pool and hot tub were great hits. Daniel and Marie-Jeanne were always available and great hosts. Every bed and shower were great. Highly recommended!!!

We were a family group of 10 adults and 7 children age range 21 months to 12 years, staying in this fabulous property for a week. It has extensive grounds for the kids to run around in safety, lots for them to do, the highlight being the pool and hot tub!Indoors it is well equipped with everything you need to accommodate a large group. We arrived during a heatwave so unfortunately the upstairs bedrooms were too unbearably hot but we reorganised ouselves so that we all had rooms on the ground floor. Fans were provided in all the rooms.When the weather broke after a few days, we experienced an epic thunderstorm which cut out the electricity in the area. The owner Daniel quickly arrived to check we were all ok and power was restored quite soon after.Location is great, a short drive to the nearest bakery and small supermarket, with the big hypermarkets outside Bergerac.With kids in mind, we highly recommend a visit to the nearby Chateau de Bridoire.We all loved our stay here, it's perfect for a family group. The owners Daniel and Marie-Jeanne have thought of everything to make your stay a success.

A Magical Week at Les Grandes Chenes

A beautifully presented property for a large number of guests with ample and different spaces for groups to socialize both inside and out. It was very well equipped throughout with activities for all ages - games, the hot tub, the billiard table, a trampoline, and more. The gardens were fantastic with many shaded ares and amazing views across the valley. Especially loved the pool area where many lazy and enjoyable days were spent by and in the pool. A truly magical stay enjoyed by all 24 guests - a perfect location for a surprise big birthday celebration. We will return!

Annual family holiday

The property is stunning the advertising does not do it justice the kitchen is far more modern the size and facilities are fantastic.Easy check in on this occasion by Daniel very well explained pool great weather very warm if you are wanting to try riding great stables next door even the 4 year old twins had their first rides.Very local to Bergerac even Bordeaux is easily driven to.If you are looking to stay in this region with a large group you will not be disappointed with this property.

This is a gorgeous area that we had previously discovered on holiday and with which we fell in love. We now have the pleasure to help our guests from all over the world to discover this beautiful area.

This property has seduced us with its exceptional location, without any nuisance, that even the best photos were hard to represent, by its nature, by its volume and brightness, and despite extensive renovation to make.

To summarize the benefits, we prefer to let one of our guests talking:
'An absolutely amazing home and location for the ultimate family vacation. Set in the beautiful French countryside minutes from all amenities is this superb home surrounded by nature at it's best. I would recommend to visitors coming from afar to fly directly into Bergerac and rent a car at the airport. Les Grands Chenes is just minutes from the airport. The villa is outstanding , easily accommodated our group of 20 adults and 3 children. With multiple seating and play areas we never felt crowded or uncomfortable. There is an abundance of bicycles, toys, games and of course the fantastic pool to delight and entertain every member of the group. The gym comes equipped with multiple exercise equipment, sauna and very large hot tub. The property and all facilities are spotlessly clean and everything was in perfect working order. Daniel and Marie-Jeanne were always only a phone call away if one needed information or help. Everyone had such a marvelous time either lazing by the pool, exploring the countryside with its numerous wineries and chateaux or reading a book whilst lying in a hammock. There is so much to do or nothing at all but just to enjoy and relish the moment. This was a holiday of a lifetime over to quickly but memories that will last forever'. Judith Z.
