Great beach house that was big enough to comfortably accommodate a family of 9 ( 6 adults and 3 children). We loved that it was walking distance to the beach and within a nice little neighborhood. House was well equipped which allowed us to prepare meals easily. The host was very communicative and available to answer any questions during our stay.

The location of the house is the real highlight. A short walk from the beach, the location allowed our family to enjoy the sand and sun and come back as needed. The house itself has three floors of space. The rooms were spacious. The beds were firmer than I prefer.The house had a decently stocked kitchen, as well as an outdoor grill. We really appreciated the two fridges, and the pantry space was more than sufficient. The living area was open, but the main TV was small for the space.Check in/out was easy. Overall I would definitely recommend for a beach trip.

Nice house with plenty of room. Everything works and is in good order. There were plenty of spices in the pantry, always appreciated in a vacation place. I recommend bringing your own beach cart and an extra umbrella or canopy for the beach. The back yard is small and really just a concrete pad, and there’s no grass anywhere on the property. Scarborough beach is nice, but extremely crowded. The beach authorities also use a VERY loud loudspeaker system to broadcast their messages several times a day, which is beyond annoying. There are multiple speakers on utility poles at the edge of the beach and they blast out the “public service” warnings and admonishments. This has nothing to do with the rental house, except for its physical location.

Great stay! House was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom basics/supplies, towels in hall closet upstairs, etc. The second refrigerator was a great extra to have for a larger group, came in handy. Plenty of space to eat. The house was decently clean. The third floor was great, like a mini suite, complete with a small deck. The view of the ocean would be better off season. With leaves on the trees, it was difficult to see much. Then again, the ocean is close. Just a few steps down the street, you can see the ocean, and it is such a short walk to the beach, which was super convenient and made being near the ocean easy and enjoyable. Communication with owner was timely, reliable, and courteous. Thank you!

Perfect location and setup

The entire process from booking to checkout was super easy! The home was clean and setup was perfect for our two families, ages 7-adult. we were there for a quick trip but we will DEFINITELY be back.

Great place

This was a great place to stay, we had a load of fun it was a quick walk to the beach, the house is very spacious with plenty of rooms. My friends and I had a blast and we’ll definitely be booking this house again next year

Great vacation house had everything you could want except for enclosed outdoor shower but made do with the open air outdoor shower plenty of space in the house large rooms and open space on the first floor.

Great adult spot to enjoy an evening by the water. Close to everything and easy trip to the pier in the morning.

This is the perfect house for multiple guests. It is located walking distance from the beach and close to restaurants/coffee shops. The house is spacious, with plenty of room outside and inside to enjoy. 8 of us stayed two nights and we had plenty of space. The three levels and deck on the third floor are definitely a win.

Family/Friend Vacation

Our friends and family thoroughly enjoyed are stay in Narragansett. This house was beautiful and loved the fact that it was only 7 houses away from the beach (within walking distance). Everything about this house was beautiful. The entire area is absolutely amazing and would highly recommend anyone looking for a relaxing beautiful location to book here.

Week in Narragansett

Home was quite spacious for me and two other families with young children, and is conveniently located about a 7-minute walk to the beach. Owner is very responsive to questions and comments. Beautiful views of the ocean from the street. I would stay here again.

Great location!

Our family of 10 recently stayed at this property. The house is as advertised! The home had all the necessary amenities and was so close to the beach you can easily walk. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding areas as well going into Newport multiple times. We will definitely be returning next year!

Great place. Lots of room to have 12 people spread out. Well located to run to Newport, Watch Hill or anywhere. Quick walk to Scarborough Beach Will return if we go back to RI in the future.

Incredible Home

This beautiful home is in a perfect location! Easy walk to the beach, with free walk in access. The home was fully equipped with everything needed for our stay and for the beach. Shops and restaurants are a short drive. We found multiple homemade ice cream shops that were also close. Our family completely enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back! The homeowner is easy to communicate with and replies quickly. I highly recommend this rental!
