Can’t get any better ! Beautiful private setting with new dock with over 450’ on Point Judith Pond…all marble tile and hardwood floors, CLEAN AND NEW. VIEWS and more views! Giant wraparound decks on the first and Second floors facing the water. Elevator to assist those who need a little help. Cozy cabin included 10’ from the water to relax and enjoy. Very first time offered! Enclosed Garage to drive in for ease to use the elevator. Spectacular waterfront setting! 3 spacious bedrooms accompanied by 3.5 well-appointed bathrooms ensure comfort and privacy for all guests. Each room is designed to maximize the breathtaking waterfront views , allowing you to wake up to the soothing panorama and sounds of water. There are 2 master suites —-one on the first and another on the 2nd floor—including marble en-suite bathrooms , with a huge tub in the upstairs one. The private dock allows you to bring your boat to explore the coastline for fishing, sailing or just plain relaxing. There’s even a tiny cabin right on the water , ideal for enjoying your favorite drink, or as a meditative retreat. ….From every corner of the house enjoy uninterrupted views of the shimmering ocean, follow the local ospreys dive for dinner, and peacefully relax. The large , open plan living area with giant windows everywhere ensures you never miss a moment of the spectacular seascape. The BEST house for our big family

We brought our little boat and kept it with us all week on the dock. Perfect tubing water right in front of the amazing house. Clean and modern— all the luxuries of home ON THE SALT POND!!

A Piece of Heaven

Never could we have imagined a more beautiful stay in RI. David and Gita were the ultimate hosts and the house was beyond amazing. Everything was perfect and the house and property are beyond amazing. It was so amazing that we didn't even want to leave to go out and do anything else! Do not think twice about renting this gem!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this beautiful home. Stunning views from the deck on every floor.Loved the relaxing morning breeze and great sunset pics. A few times when planning to head out for drinks or a meal, we rethought why do we want to go to a restaurant with outdoor seating when it’s already right in front of us, so we chose to stay in. Plenty of bedrooms so everyone could have their own space. Loved the wine fridge and the elevator made it easy for loading and unloading. David checked up on us several times during our stay to make sure everything was good. Great family vacation and a plus we could bring our dog because he is getting too old to leave with anyone. Grateful for a week of happy memories!

The view is amazing during the day & night, quiet neighborhood, very relaxing. The house is beautiful! The nicest home we’ve rented in the area. We spent quite a bit of time on the large wrap around deck and 2nd deck off the 2 bedrooms. So great we could also bring our dog, she loved being on the deck. The bathrooms were all very nice with a large soaking tub in one upstairs. Spacious kitchen, all appliances you need plus a wine fridge, ended up eating in more often than we usually do when we rent, didn’t need to go anywhere else to beat the view. The elevator came in handy for check out day moving the bags. Wonderful stay, hope to return in the future.

You will never want to leave the home, it is so relaxing and the views are everything! If you do venture out, grocery store, beaches and Block Island ferry are nearby. Host was great too!
