Take a break and relax in this natural oasis with a beautiful view of the countryside and enjoy the setting sun on the private balcony in the evening. The attractive apartment of 65 m2 is located on the second, top floor of the apartment complex on Burgerweg. Suitable for 4 people, with 2 bedrooms and bathroom with bath. Close to the coast, dunes, beach and forest you can enjoy walking, driving or cycling. Within walking distance of the village center of Burgerbrug and 3.2 km from the beach of Petten for enthusiasts. Burgerbrug is located between Schagen and Alkmaar, where there is always something to do.  

The entrance to this complex is at the rear and has ample parking and a separate (bicycle) storage room. The beautiful apartment is accessible via a steel spiral staircase. Upon entering the apartment we immediately have the bedrooms on the left and right. The hall also gives access to the storage room and bathroom with bath with shower, toilet and sink. When we then enter the living room, the pleasant light is immediately noticeable! The room is spacious and has an open kitchen with patio doors to the rear balcony, located on the southeast. From the balcony you have an unobstructed view of the area at the front of the complex and its southeast-facing location ensures that you can enjoy the sun here! There are also board games and reading books available in the apartment. There is a camping bed and a high chair available. The apartment is equipped with free WIFI. You can enjoy cycling in the area. You can also rent (electric) bicycles from 'Fred's rental' if you do not have your own.

Area of ​​Residenz Polderblick 20Burgerbrug is the ideal base for beautiful walking and cycling trips through the cooling forests and beautiful dunes and beaches such as Petten, Groet, Schoorl and Bergen. But the Omringdijk, the surrounding picturesque villages and coastal towns of Callantsoog, Bergen, Egmond or Petten are also nearby. The Geestmerambacht recreation area is a beautiful place for walking, swimming and recreation. If you like golfing, the golf courses of Alkmaar, Dirkshorn and Winkel are within driving distance. And even a day at the beach is within cycling distance! 

The cozy Burgerbrug is located just outside the tourist crowds, but it is easy to find for enthusiasts. Within 20 minutes by car you will reach the attractive center of Schagen, where in the summer there is the West Frisian Market on Thursdays with parades in traditional costumes. Or drive to Alkmaar with its historic center and the Cheese Market on Fridays. You can also go to Haarlem and Amsterdam for a nice day of shopping. A visit to the wonderful Wadden Island of Texel is also possible and for cycling enthusiasts there are many beautiful cycling routes in the area and along the coast.  

For true nature lovers, the vast, beautifully blooming tulip fields in May are a feast for the eyes. And in the fairytale 'Park Wildrijk' you feel like you are one with nature. This special nature reserve is located nearby, within cycling distance in Sint Maartensvlotbrug. There are plenty of facilities in the vicinity of the apartment complex and many activities are organised. In Petten, for example, you will find several restaurants, beach pavilions for a nice snack and drink and a Spar supermarket.  

The area offers more than just beach and sea for children. Consider a visit to the 'De Goudvis' play park or the 'Land van Fluwel' play park. There are many more play parks and zoos in the area! A little further on you will find the pirate ship in Camperduin and the famous climbing dune in Schoorl. A day of less nice weather? Use the Campanula indoor swimming pool in Sint Maartensvlotbrug (for a fee).
