Ce condo est un petit pĂątĂ© de maison de la belle plage de North Wildwood ainsi que la digue pour une promenade au phare Hereford. Vous ĂȘtes Ă©galement Ă  distance de marche de nombreux bars et restaurants. Vous pouvez choisir de prendre une promenade ou pour se rendre Ă  la promenade pour des divertissements ou des parcs aquatiques.

Cet étage une premiÚre chambre, une salle de bain condo dort 4-6 personnes et dispose de la climatisation centrale. La chambre dispose de 2 lits doubles. Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit queen size, TV par cùble et un lecteur DVD. Le condo a également une cuisine avec réfrigérateur, cuisiniÚre, micro-ondes, cafetiÚre et grille-pain ainsi que d'une table à manger pour 6 personnes. Pour votre commodité, il ya des laveuses et sécheuses à prépaiement sur place.

This condo was great!! Had everything we needed. Very nicely decorated. Neighbors were all super nice and welcoming!!! I'll never stay at a hotel in wildwood again!!!! Loved this place!!! And Angie got back to me in a very timely manner answering all of my questions. I honestly don't have 1 negative thing to say about this place!!!

Great value/convenient location

Overall exactly as described. Great amenities and great price. Definitely recommend. Lots of little things that make light cooking and grilling very easy. Very bad parking space right in front of main steps, on the positive it was very good for unloading and loading car upon arrival and leaving. Couch is ok, but my daughter could not sleep on pull out so I am glad the pyramid bed was added. Watch your toes the first couple of days on the abnormally high bathroom threshold.

Clean and great location

This was the second year we stayed at this condo and we loved it both times. It is very clean, so close to the beach and we loved the pool! We also enjoyed taking our meals up to the deck. We hope to return next summer!

Great location!!

We had an excellent vacation the week of the 4th. We booked this condo through the VRBO.com website and a little nervous about booking through the website since we always go through a realtor. Everything was so smooth! The condo was so clean perfect for my husband and I. We had plenty of room. I loved it being on the 1st floor and near the stairway. Less traffic going by. The pool at the condo was awesome! After a day at the beach it was nice to come back and relax at the pool. Most of the condos here are owned and a lot of the owners were there, very nice people and great conversations! So happy we rented here!

Happy 4th of July week

This was my first vacation in 6 years and I was really looking forward to it. It was a great place. From the pool to the closeness of the beach, to the deck and grills that are easy to access and use. The room is nice and kind of away from all of the other rooms so it was a little more quiet which was good. This was a family vacation and I am looking forward to returning in September for girls weekend for Boots and Beaches.

Convenient and clean

This little condo was easily the cleanest place we have ever stayed, which was a pleasant surprise, given that the Mediterranean is an older converted motel in a busy shore town. The unit was thoughtfully appointed and decorated, and the location can't be beat--a block from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The owners were a pleasure to do business with and we received the security deposit check back 2 business days after checking out. The condo itself is small, just two medium-sized rooms: a LR/DR/kitchen combo and a bedroom with two full beds and dressers, with a small bathroom off the bedroom. Although the condo sleeps six, it was a bit cozy for our four member family (with one teenager who ought to count as three people) to spend time in. It would be perfect for a couple or a couple and a small child or for more people who only use the condo to sleep. All of the units are fronted by a full glass wall/sliding door blocked by a full-length curtain, so that if you want any outside light you must also be completely visible to passers-by. This unit has the misfortune of being under the stairs to the second level. The owners have provided plenty of lighting inside the condo, and a sheer curtain between the curtain and the glass door would be a terrific compromise between light and privacy. The complex itself is well-kept, with a nice pool, 2 good gas grills, and lots of seating, which compensated for a lack of balcony space (people sit outside their rooms along the walkways on lawn chairs). The single coin op washer and drier in the boiler room was a disappointment in an otherwise well appointed complex, and the drier didn't tumble, just heated. The furnishings were nice and just right for their purpose (we rented a place one year with white upholstered dining room chairs--what were they thinking). Our teen found the sofa bed with its queen-sized combination coil and air mattress incredibly comfortable. There is a decent mini galley kitchen (note that there is no oven) and an appropriate and thoughtful collection of implements, dishes, and cookware. Although we brought our own, it was nice to find bags, cleaning supplies, and paper products on hand. After some roof work on the complex, our air conditioning vent started leaking condensate, but a call to the owners resulted in immediate action with no inconvenience to us. All in all, a pleasant stay in a nice place provided by thoughtful and responsive owners.

i stayed at this condo this year for the week of july 4th it was a very nice condo very clean,the location of the room was perfect the weather was great that week, the people there were very friendly.the owners were very helpful i would highly recommend this property to friends and family and would rent there again.
