L'unité 213 a 3 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain, planchers de bois franc, comptoirs en granit, belle décoration et vue imprenable sur l'eau!

Ce condo au deuxiÚme étage était nouveau sur le marché locatif pour 2013 et est situé à proximité du centre de fitness et de la piscine. Il est joliment décoré dans un thÚme cÎtier. Il existe de nombreuses améliorations personnalisées telles que les planchers en bois de cerisier, les comptoirs en granit et les appareils Jenn Air. C'est la seule unité à Sunset Bay avec une trÚs grande douche avec plusieurs jets dans la salle de bain principale. Il a également un aménagement ouvert et toutes les commodités de l'unité 103 (notre premier condo à Sunset Bay - VRBO # 304765), y compris un foyer au gel. Il y a une douche personnalisée au lieu d'une baignoire à jets dans le Master Bath.

Magnifique condo au deuxiÚme étage à Sunset Bay est situé a une vue à couper le souffle sur la marina avec une terrasse qui s'étend sur la longueur du condo. Il a une disposition ouverte dans le salon principal avec des comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine. Vous pouvez voir la baie depuis le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine ainsi que la chambre principale. La chambre lits jumeaux possÚde également une fresque Assateague unique réalisée par l'artiste local Jan Eichfeld.

Venez séjourner dans cette unité qui se sent comme un hÎtel haut de gamme avec tout le confort de la maison. Il y a deux téléviseurs LCD - un dans le salon avec un lecteur DVD et un dans la chambre de la Reine. La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit et de nouveaux appareils, y compris un réfrigérateur en acier inoxydable. Le meuble tv dans le salon a un foyer au gel. Il y a des portes coulissantes sur le pont depuis le salon et la chambre principale avec une vue imprenable sur le coucher du soleil!

Perfect vacation spot

We arrived at sunset and the view was breathtaking. The place is well kept and beautifully decorated. Annie took great care of us before our arrival and during our stay. She was easily accessible, very responsive, and provided us with great suggestions. We had a wonderful time at Sunset Bay Villa and look forward to returning in the future!

GREAT PLACE!

We stayed in this condo in October 2014 and had a great time touring Chincoteague and Assateague. The condo was very clean and well furnished, and the grounds and common areas were well maintained. The porch had wonderful views, and was a quiet place to read and relax. Great walks, close to town and nice restaurants, and at the same time a quiet condo. Would definitely recommend highly and plan to come back in 2015 and stay there again.

Beautiful apartment, immaculately kept

We always stay in this block of apartments. This was our first time in this articular apartment Beautiful view and especially sunsets are something to look for. Swimming pool is a plus and only a few blocks away from supermarket and very nice bookshop. Highly reccomend

Clean and beautiful condo

Beautiful vacation getaway!

We had an absolutely perfect beach week this year. The condo is cheery, beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. We enjoyed the sunsets, morning and afternoon swims in the pool, and relaxing in the living room and on the balcony. The owners are very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this condo rental and we plan to be back next summer! :)

Amazing

There are not enough words to describe how great our experience was. From the second I began to inquire about the property until the last day of our trip was amazing. The condo was beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. The pool was fantastic, the beaches are gorgeous and pony swim week was everything we had dreamed of. The sunsets from the condo are breathtaking. Island Creamery is not to be missed and the restaurants were great. We already plan to come back next year and i've told everyone I know about Chincoteague and how beautiful the condo is. Thank you to the Switzer family for a wonderful vacation and an amazing experience!

Wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful week in Chincoteague in April! The condo is great- beautifully maintained! It had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing week. We are a family of four and found the space to be even larger than we needed. The building is conveniently located to restaurants and shops and not too far from the street that eventually leads to Assateague. The scenery on Assateague is amazing- by boat and by bike! If you're considering a vacation to this area, we would highly recommend it. Especially if you have a horse lover in your family. My daughter bought a postcard that said "I left my heart on Chincoteague"...a few days ago she told me that it's so true.

Excellent Stay!

Great home base for a stay on Chincoteague! Immaculate and modern 3BR with easy access to the pool. We recently stayed with our kids and grandkids. King size master bedroom is on the opposite side from the other bedrooms which gave us a little privacy. Spa-like shower and beautiful water view. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook meals and we appreciated the washer and dryer. My kids had so much fun crabbing and fishing off the docks. Amazing sunsets! Location is walking distance to several restaurants and gift shops. Great location and easy to get anywhere. Annie, the owner, was so hospitable ahead of our visit and took the time to explain the layout of the island and her family’s favorite spots! Definitely helped us make the most of our visit. Can’t wait to visit again!

A Piece of Heaven

We visited Annie & Todd's Sunset Bay Villa in mid September, after the vacation rush, so it was very peaceful and quiet. The unit is on the second floor, in the marina looking out onto the bay. The sunsets were beautiful so we would sit outside on the porch each evening with snacks & drinks and enjoy the end of the day - what a luxury it was! The unit is cozy and welcoming inside, with most of the comforts of home, and we especially appreciated that the shower head in the master bath was removable, making it more accessible for our disabled son who is wheelchair bound. We were able to navigate well within the unit, and had a relaxing few days with him. Thank you for your helpfulness to us and your quick response to our questions. We hope to return to Chincoteague!

Great Place for a Christmas Getaway

Went with my family to Chincoteague for an early Christmas, staying at the 'Sunset in Paradise' Condo. Had a wonderful time and enjoyed the condo very much. Very spacious, well laid out, and well appointed. Booking, instructions, access, etc. were all smooth as can be. All bedrooms are large, and the master is great. Views from the deck are awesome - would have been nice to site outside were it not 30 degrees. Oh, and very nice of the owners to add some Christmas decorations, including a small tree, while we were there. Was nice to be able to put our presents under the tree for our early Christmas. Although Chincoteague was sleepy at Christmas, the beach and refuge were great and there were still enough shops and restaurants open to enjoy. Saw horses a few times, bald eagles, thousands of snow geese, the elusive Delmarva Peninsula Fox squirrel, strolled down main street and hit a few shops and the 'Christmas by the Sea'. Anyway, a nice relaxing weekend. Thanks much for offering your place and for making for a very enjoyable stay!

Breathtaking sunsets and sunrises

Location of this apartment is outstanding! Very spacious rooms enough for my family of 6 who had an awesome time. Walking distance to anything we need in the island. My son had even the opportunity to learn how to catch (and release) crabs from the docks. The sunsets are simply magical. The view of the bay is unique and we all took advantage of the large balcony and chairs. The breeze from the bay was wonderful. Communication with the owner (Annie) was straightforward and her responsiveness is superb. Every question was answered and any concern immediately addressed. It’s clear she takes pride on ensuring the comfort of her guests. We’ll definitely stay again there!

Perfect Chincoteague Stay!

We stayed for a weekend getaway in June and this property was ideal for our family of four. Everything was as advertised, the property was clean and fully ready. Check in was easy, and Annie did a fantastic job communicating. Superb western sound / sunset view, and if you can be here for a launch, Wallops Island is perfectly in view. The unit is an ideal size, with the master bedroom on the other end of the unit from the secondary bedrooms, so privacy is excellent. The beach chairs were much appreciated, and the boys made good use of the large crab trap right off the dock on property. Great fun! This unit lacks nothing and is an ideal base for a Chincoteague holiday. We will be staying here again on our next trip to the island.

Labor Day Weekend in Chincoteague

Annie's condo was the perfect location for a long weekend family getaway to Chincoteague! The condo has beautiful waterfront views overlooking the bay, and a great balcony to sit and watch the sunset in the evenings. Sunset Bay Villas is in a fantastic location in Chincoteague - close to shopping and restaurants. The condo itself is a very nice space, spacious and relaxing. It was a great visit and I'm looking forward to returning!

I just stayed in this property for the weekend. This apartment is very big and comfortable. Has a great layout. Has a nice balcony with a relaxing view. Great location-near many restaurants and stores. Convenient parking lot with lots of spaces. Highly recommended.

Very nice!

Loved the balcony and view of the water - although it's a side view with the house being surrounded by other condos. Very accommodating and clean. Owner was a pleasure to work with. Do be aware to the fact you need to bring or purchase your own toilet paper, paper towels, and kleenex.

Great vacation!

We have vacationed in Chincoteague since 2002 and fell in love with this island. It’s just a friendly, beautiful, relaxing place to vacation. It's perfect for families who want to get away from their busy schedules. The Assateague Seashore beaches are beautiful. The Chincoteague Ponies and other wildlife are amazing. The Historic Main Street shopping area is very close to Sunset Bay which also has the best sunset views. Coming for the annual Pony Swim is something everyone should do at least once. We came to the 2009 Pony Swim and ended up buying Unit 103 (VRBO #304765), so that we could keep coming back. We bought this unit in 2012 since we love Chincoteague and Sunset Bay.
