Lovely villa with a wonderful pool. There was a great view out to sea and we spent many a happy hour by the pool or at the table. The villa is spacious and has everything you need - including a lovely welcome gift. There were really within walking distance and a little shop a very short drive. We also received a helpful pack of information before arriving. You do need a car - but that is true of anywhere on this beautiful island. Highly recommended.

Absolutely impeccable experience. The villa is immaculate, well equipped, and feels like home the minute you walk through the door. Im a bit 'fussy' with accommodation but couldnt recommend this villa more. Our family of 5 (including 2 hard to please teenagers) have had the best week. We aren't newcomers to the island, having been visiting regularly for over a decade, but this week was one of the very best. No sunlounger wars here! Thanks Angela and William for looking after us so well.

Beautiful Family Villa.

This villa was perfect in every way, for our family ranging over 3 generations. Apart from buying food from a great little local shop, you didn’t need to leave the villa unless you wanted too.

FANTASTIC villa

The villa has a wonderful aspect. The sea views and sunsets are amazing. The pool was clean and the garden very pretty. Inside is modern and clean and well stocked. Nearby are lots of beaches and very good tavernas. All in all we had a great time.

Gorgeous villa

Such a lovely Villa with breathtaking views, everything you could need was there ….lovely beaches nearby and fab tavernas , we had a lovely two week stay . The pool was fab and much needed as we were experiencing a bit of a heatwave even hotter then normal . Would definitely recommend this villa . Angela the host was very good at communicating and helped us out when needed as did William the property Manager.

Lovely villa with beautiful views of the sea. The local blue flag Avithos beach is within 1.5km is amazing and as a two very good tavernas and a beach bar. The local supermarket is well stocked with the essential. You definitely need a car!

Fantastic

One of the best villas we’ve ever stayed in. The property was immaculate, extremely well equipped and in a good location. The host was very helpful and communicative and the welcome pack on arrival was very gratefully received after a late flight arrival - thank you! They property clean wi to fresh bedding and towels half ways though our stay was great too. Great location - close to the airport and a great base to explore the beautiful island - a car is a must to make the most of everything!

Beautiful villa with lovely views

We had a really lovely stay at this villa. We used it as a base to explore the island and found it to be the perfect location. The welcome pack was very generous and much appreciated. Thank you. Debbi who looks after the villa was a star and she sorted out any minor issues promptly. Thank you Iain and Angela for allowing us to stay in your family villa. We hope to return again one day.

Wonderful Villa Dias

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Dias. The property is beautifully-positioned, very comfortable, clean and well-equipped. The views from the garden and the upstairs balcony are really wonderful and we spent many happy hours taking in the lovely vista and making full use of the pool which our three young children loved. It is an excellent base from which to explore the southern half of the island with its pretty beaches and it is close to the capital, Argostoli, and the airport. Overall, probably the best family holiday we have had and we will definitely be returning. Many thanks to the very helpful and thoughtful owners.

Fantastic!

We had a wonderful stay in the villa, which was fully equipped with everything we needed. The villa was spotlessly clean and the mid-stay cleans great! The pool was perfect and the views simply amazing - I could never get tired of the wonderful sunsets every evening. We had a good mix of pool days, beach days and exploring the island days and would definitely recommend car hire. The information pack with directions to the villa was excellent and we had no problems finding it. The suggestions for places to visit etc were really useful and the local beaches of Avithos and Makris Gialos were our favourites. We even witnessed turtle eggs hatching on Avithos beach which was simply amazing! Kefalonia is a beautiful island and we hope to return again one day. Thank you.

Amazing holiday and wonderful host

From the very start everything was perfect. Angela is a really helpful and kind host and Debs made sure we had all we needed. The villa is gorgeous with wonderful views of the sea and sunset. The pool was a relief in the heat and the warm breeze at night was a prefect place for the BBQ. The villa is well placed near 2 beaches, 1 is walking distance but you need to go early to avoid the heat. The walk back is hard work, up a hill and so hot! But then you can dive in the pool and cool off. Supermarkets are an easy driving distance and Preview restaurant overlooking Avithos Beach has great food & cocktails and beautiful views. It was the perfect holiday for teens who want to mess around in the pool and at the beach while we read, explored and ate gorgeous fresh fish, local cheeses and salads. The Melissani lake and caves are a 45 min drive away and well worth a visit but there are also lots of fab beaches a short drive away. I think car hire is pretty essential but book a local car hire firm and early to save a lot of money. The family thought it was the best holiday we have had and I agree!

A Perfect Family Getaway in Kefalonia, Greece

Our recent stay at this stunning villa in Kefalonia was nothing short of magical. Nestled in a picturesque setting near the beach, this property exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea and the lush landscape that surrounded us, setting the tone for a relaxing and memorable vacation. One of the standout features of the villa was the accommodation itself. Each of the spacious bedrooms boasted its own ensuite washroom, providing ample privacy and comfort for our family. The large kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The well-maintained pool area was large enough for the whole family to enjoy, and the surrounding landscape was beautifully manicured with accessible sun loungers and outdoor dining table. The villa's location was ideal, just a short drive from both Argostoli and the airport. We also appreciated the convenience of being close to quaint local restaurants, where we could savor authentic Greek cuisine. Whether we were enjoying fresh seafood by the water or grabbing a quick bite, the dining options nearby were delightful and offered a true taste of Kefalonia. The property owners were incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible, especially for our very young family members. Comfortable well equipped villa in great location

We rented this villa for what was to be a busy week in Kefalonia. Originally planned for a bigger group it ended up just being me and my husband so there was plenty of room! We could have easily fitted in more family members. We struggled a little bit to find the property so were relieved to get in. The villa is in a beautiful part of Kefalonia with easy access to the airport, Argostoli and some of the best beaches we have found. As we were busy most days sometimes all we wanted to do was cook something simple in the evening and flop. My husband had hoped to be able to watch television but we couldn't seem to get any signal for Sky so we played cards instead. The kitchen was well enough equipped for us to cook for ourselves, especially as there were just the two of us. As it was October we ate inside in the evening but there was room to eat inside or out. We enjoyed our morning coffees outside looking out at the view and were sometimes joined by the odd local cat or dog! We didn't try the pool as at that time of year it was often in shade when we were at the villa first thing and the heat was going out of the day when we got back - but I am sure if we had gone with the kids they would have been in it! In short, we had a busy 5 days on the island and the villa was ideal.

Total relaxation

If you're looking for amazing views, peace and quiet - but not too far from the airport and capital, then Villa Dias is perfect. We had to pinch ourselves every day we woke to the fantastic view. And the sunsets were just as stunning. We had the most relaxing holiday enjoying the space and location - not to mention the wonderful pool. Highly recommend Villa Dias.
