The location of your residence is ideal: In the north of Westerland, you are a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the main beach, but still in the midst of it all. The walk to the city center takes only about 15 minutes. In addition to daily necessities, many restaurants, bars, the Sylter Welle, the promenade around Friedrichstraße, and the train station are easily accessible – theoretically, you don't even need a car during your time at the holiday home Finoah! Enjoy the good Sylt sea air in the garden with a beach chair, the various amenities of the house, and the beautiful surroundings.

Holiday home Finoah, completed in the summer of 2022, offers five rooms and two bathrooms on a spacious 153 m2, accommodating up to six people. This holiday home has achieved the perfect mix of noble ambiance and bright coziness in a Frisian-Scandinavian style! From the outside, the beach house is a sight to behold: built in the Friesian style with antique bricks and adorned with many loving details such as shutters and historic elements, it looks inviting and friendly from all sides. A typical Friesian wall made of stones and wild roses frames the spacious garden plot, where you can comfortably park your car. Optionally, a wallbox for charging electric cars is available for a flat fee of €55.00. A charging socket for your e-bikes is available on the terrace, free of charge.

Inside holiday home Finoah, you'll find a modern, tasteful ambiance with high-quality interior, meeting the highest standards. The entire ground floor is flooded with light, creating a cheerful atmosphere. Here, you'll find the entrance area, a guest toilet, and the spacious living-dining area with a bright, modern kitchen. The kitchen, complete with ample storage space, offers everything a connoisseur's heart desires – including a perfectly tempered wine fridge for exquisite drops! You can enjoy these in the adjacent cozy dining area or on the comfortable sofa landscape. A modern flat screen provides entertainment, the large gas fireplace offers pleasant warmth and a lounge atmosphere. From the living room, you have access to the large terrace and garden, inviting you to sunbathe and relax – with the sound of the waves as background music.

On the upper floor of your holiday residence, two elegant, spacious bedrooms equipped with high-quality oak parquet flooring provide the ideal retreat after eventful vacation days. The comfortable box spring beds (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and stylish furnishings give the impression of an exclusive hotel. The same applies to the bathroom, equipped with tasteful natural stone floors and underfloor heating. A spacious, ground-level shower cabin with Rainshower, two separate sinks, a built-in Gira radio, and a heated towel rack complete the feel-good experience.

In the basement of the holiday residence, generous light wells ensure optimal daylight. In addition to another cozy bedroom, you'll find a special highlight here: your private wellness area! With a generously glazed sauna, a rain shower, and a separate relaxation room with two comfortable chaise lounges and a flat-screen TV, it is the cozy oasis where you can truly unwind.
