This beautiful, luxurious villa has been furnished in a bright and modern style. It is located on a spacious plot on the canal with golf access in the northwest of Cape Coral. On 1956 sqft, this dream villa with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms offers space for up to 8 people.

Nestled in a very popular neighborhood, this villa presents a modern interior design and exudes a timeless charm that meets your highest comfort and wishes. As soon as you enter, you are greeted by an inviting sight of a comfortable, gray couch that invites you to relax and enjoy a cozy evening in front of the TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and has a high-quality worktop, so you will not lack anything. At the heart of the villa is a modern dining table with space for the whole family. The master bedroom and the guest bedroom have a king-size bed, and the third bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed. In the 4th bedroom there are 2 single beds as a loft bed. The master bathroom has a comfortable bathtub, shower, toilet and 2 sinks. The second bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet and has direct access to the pool area. 3 bedrooms have a TV.

The outdoor area extends almost the entire width of the house and is fenced off with a pool screen. The electrically heated saltwater pool (no chlorine smell & particularly skin-friendly) invites you to relax and unwind. The pool is south facing and the covered seating area with a gas grill is ideal for sociable barbecue evenings. A total of 4 comfortable sun loungers are also available.

We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.

Smoking is not permitted in this villa.
Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, pets are not allowed. No exceptions.
