Absolutely beautiful! And having a nature preserve dominating the Westward (primary) view (including sunsets over the mangrove), rather than a bunch of more properties, was terrific. And the saltwater canal is essentially part of a dead end (to the north), so boat traffic never amounted to much of anything. Very peaceful. Rush hour street traffic on Surfside Blvd got a little noisy at times, but was never a problem for us - having the stereo playing outside made it unnoticeable. Rooms beautiful and comfy, pool and spa are awesome. Building is modern, very stylish, extremely clean and comfortable. 5 stars!

Hands down the best communication from hosts we have experienced. Sonja and Markus left a great deal of information, and Anja, the property manager was incredibly responsive. Everything you would need is provided, and the location is perfect. The view from the lanai was gorgeous. We will stay there again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Amara! The house is exactly as described and perfect for a relaxing family vacation. The outdoor area feels like it's another indoor living space with the sliding doors. The views are just as incredible as the pictures! Everything about our stay was perfect, and we'd highly recommend it to other families.

We loved our stay at the villa. The hot tub and the pool were wonderful and the sunset views were amazing. Kitchen was well equipped. Could have better pool floats and beach gear. Lots of great restaurants in the area. We road bikes and I ran in the area without any safety worries. Thanks for sharing your house!
