Villa Sobella is a spacious detached 3 bedroom, situated in the Pernera area of Protaras.The Villa is 5 minutes walk to the bars and restaurants of the resort of Pernera. Further more it is 6 minutes walk to the sandy beaches of Pernera, in an ideal location. The villa has an open plan lounge and dining area, with dining table that seats six, settees that accomodate a large family. The Villa is fully air conditioned and has Wifi access, with a Smart Plasma TV for additional internet access.
The fully fitted kitchen is separate to the lounge/dining area and includes a table and chairs, washing machine, fridge/freezer, utensils, crockery, saucepans, iron and ironing board.
Upstairs the master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the two twin bedrooms have two single beds in each room. All bedrooms have bedside cabinets and wardrobes. Both twin bedrooms lead on to balcony areas, where guests can relax and enjoy the view. Also upstairs there is a modern fitted bathroom and a separate shower room, each with its own toilet.


Outside there is a patio area with a private swimming pool,(10mx4m), regularly cleaned.Located by the pool are six sunbeds,umbrellas, table and six chairs.


The property is managed by a British run property maintenance company. The company will provide the keys to the villa and offer airport transfers. A welcome pack is provided and they will provide with any assistance to make your holiday a memorable one. The company is responsible for towels and linen change.

The villa will be available to guests after 4pm on the day of arrival and we ask that you vacate the villa by 12.00pm on departure. There could be flexibility depending on other bookings.
