C709, au Beach Club, est situĂ© au 7ïżœïżœme ïżœïżœtage de la tour Catalina. C'est parfait pour les couples en vacances et les jeunes familles!

Vous profiterez d'une vue directe sur le golfe depuis votre balcon et votre salon. Le décor récemment rafraßchi, la peinture murale neutre et les appareils en acier inoxydable plairont à tous les ùges.

Les hébergements comprennent: une chambre principale avec une salle de bain attenante, des lits superposés intégrés, une demi-salle de bain dans le couloir et un canapé-lit. Les lits sont faits avec des draps frais, les draps sont fournis pour le canapé, les draps de bain sont fournis. Apportez des serviettes de plage.

Il y a des tĂ©lĂ©viseurs haute dïżœïżœfinition et des lecteurs DVD dans le salon et la chambre Ă  coucher, de nombreuses chaĂźnes cĂąblĂ©es, votre propre signal WIFI pour le condo et un accĂšs WIFI dans tout l'Ă©tablissement.

Les nouveaux appareils de cuisine en acier inoxydable sont en taille rĂ©elle. Il y a une pile laveuse / sĂ©cheuse dans le placard pour plus de commoditïżœïżœ. Les armoires de cuisine sont bien approvisionnĂ©es en vaisselle, ustensiles et batterie de cuisine. Les petits appareils sont fournis: cafetiĂšre Kuering, cafetiĂšre standard, mixeur, grille-pain, mixeur, ouvre-boĂźte. Apportez un sac de maĂŻs soufflĂ© au noyau pour la machine Ă  pop-corn! Apportez des produits d'Ă©picerie, du cafïżœïżœ et du papier.

La tour Catalina dispose de trois ascenseurs, d’un hall d’entrïżœïżœe et d’un parking couvert pour le dĂ©chargement. Il y a un espace illimitïżœïżœ dans le parking. Les cartes de stationnement sont dĂ©livrĂ©es au guichet de sĂ©curitĂ© Ă  l'arrivĂ©e.

La porte d'entrïżœïżœe est Ă©quipïżœïżœe d'un systïżœïżœme sans clĂ©, il suffit d'entrer le code qui figure dans les instructions pour votre arrivĂ©e, pas de problĂšme avec les clĂ©s!

La piscine et le bain Ă  remous Catalina sont situĂ©s au pied de la tour avec vue sur la plage! Des chaises longues sont fournies ïżœïżœïżœïżœ la piscine. Les douches extĂ©rieures sont situĂ©es sur la promenade qui mïżœïżœne Ă  la plage. Les glaciĂšres Ă  roues peuvent ĂȘtre facilement remorquĂ©es.

En saison, les agents de plage offrent des forfaits de parapente, de remorquage de jet-ski, de kayaks et de forfaits de chaises longues / parasols moyennant des frais journaliers ou hebdomadaires. Vous pouvez choisir d'apporter vos propres chaises de plage. Les bĂąches sont autorisïżœïżœes dans les zones dĂ©signĂ©es sur la plage, mais doivent ĂȘtre dĂ©montĂ©es la nuit.

Le Club House est situĂ© juste ïżœïżœ cĂŽtĂ© de la tour Catalina. Perfect getaway

My son and I stayed in C709 in June. It was clean and beautifully decorated, so I chose it again for our mini fall break getaway. I appreciated being able to rent the unit for only a few days as we were unable to get away for a full week. We look forward to staying in the future!

July Beach Excursion

The condo is located in a prime area, close enough to the Gulf Shores center of attractions and restaurants, yet far enough from the public beaches to fully enjoy the coastal surroundings at a leisurely pace. We enjoyed morning coffee from the 7th floor overlooking the entire coastline and watching dolphins play. The beds were comfortable even the pullout couch. All appliances worked and the AC felt wonderful after being out in the sun all day. The Beach Club offers something for everyone and is great for keeping kids active, along with plenty of food options on site.

Great experience!

We had a great stay in Cataline 709. The place was updated, clean and very spacious. There was construction in the building during our stay, but we knew this before we booked. The front room remote was a little finicky and took some time to finally get the TV off. Overall, a great experience.

Great trip

The condo was very clean and was ready for us when we got there. No contact check-in was great! Loved everything about the visit. There were a few things I would recommend changing such as black out curtains in the bedroom and having those hard plastic dishes. The dishes are mostly glass and heavy which makes them easy to break. Thanks for a great condo for us to stay in!

We have stayed at the beach club multiple times and love the resort.This particular condo needs some love. There was a hole in the bedroom wall that was mentioned in a past review still not repaired, baseboard trim was damaged in the master bath. The bathtub has rust stains and a terrible shower head. The refrigerator took a entire day to get cold. Like I stated TLC is needed for the fee they are charging.

Very outdated and in major need of a renovation. The floors were gritty, there was a whole in the wall of the bedroom and a dirty washcloth in the shower from the previous visitor. Would not recommend.

The resort was awesome!

The resort was in a perfect location. A short drive into gulf shores for dining. The resort had lots of activities for kids along with a pool and beach access. The resort is landscaped well and very clean. The condo has an amazing view of the gulf. The condo does need some updating. The trim was pretty beat up in the unit and the bathrooms need to be updated as well as a fresh coat of paint. The king bed was very comfortable, but could use new linens. The appliances were new with granite but a lot of the cooking utensils need to be updated. Pam the agent was very easy to work with! Overall we had a great trip. There was so much to do at the resort we didn't even need to use the club house for the extra daily fee.

Living room furniture looks dirty and felt run down open closet in the kitchen and floor was covered with dog food and container lid with a straw,the keruig coffee machine was not working properly and the walls in the bathroom and by the bunk beds looked like someone smeared something on them

Gulf Shores is beautiful! By far one of our favorite beaches!

The property was beautiful and well maintained. The beaches were clean and not over crowded. The condo was clean and spacious with great view of beach and night sky filled with stars. Only complaint would be the living room furniture needs a deep clean, but other than that everything was perfect! We had perfect weather the entire time. It was a little bit of a drive to shops/restaurants and it seemed most places closed on the early side. Food-Lambert’s(take the family, you will get plenty of food) The Flying Harpoon( A tiny hole in the wall bar with great bar tenders, delicious shrimp po boy and strong drinks) Sunset Cork Room ( a nice little upscale restaurant if your looking for a romantic dinner for two. Try the lamb lollipops) I highly recommend this place. It was just me and my boyfriend, but if you have kids I would highly recommend also. 😁

Catalina beach trip

I thought the condo was older than the pictures looked. When we first got there we saw that the half bath toilet was leaking we tried to turn the water off but that did not work I called maintenance and texted the agent. I was told Wednesday that someone would be out there asap. By Thursday no one had come. I called again and was told that someone would be there to fix it. For two days we had to keep changing out towels to keep the water from getting everywhere. Apparently this must have happened in this condo before because the master bathroom had missing shoe molding , water soaked molding and was dirty. The furniture in the living room was full of stains. We didn’t want to sit on it. Very dissatisfied with this rental and the time it took for someone to fix the toilet. I have pictures of the master bathroom and I sent them to the agent but got no response.The

This condo was a disappointment.

The beach and grounds of the Beach Club and Spa were beautiful but the condo is in need of a major update. Baseboards were chipped and needed painting. Upholstered living room furniture was saggy and uncomfortable. Bed was good. Kitchen not well equipped as it was missing teaspooons and can opener. Toaster missed it's lever and Kuerig worked only half the time. There is no way that this unit could accomodate 6 people. There is no storage space for luggage and has just one small closet with a few hangers and also stores the vacuum. View from the balcony is great but patio table base is completely rusted. I would not recommend this property.

Ok overall

The room was cleanish. The curtains going to the patio were covered in something red, food/blood. There was water damage to the ceiling in the living room, a hole in the bedroom wall and dust on the walls. The bathroom had what looked to be mold growing on the ceiling and baseboards, there was something on the bottom of the door and nose candy on the wall next to the light switch. The description says newly furnished and if it is they got it from marketplace, it is stained and very uncomfortable. If you sit for more than half an hr your back will be will be killing you. The dryer doesn’t work great, you will need to dry stuff twice but does work. The a/c is shared on the floor so if someone else is cooking fish you smell it in your unit. The bunk bed mattress was uncomfortable and the bunk itself needed wiped down. The main bed wasn’t too bad but not great. The floors, kitchen, tub and toilets were clean. It would be a great place to stay with a remodel. The grounds and shared areas were clean. The view was amazing. Overall we will stay again just not in this unit.

Oh my, such a disappointment

The grounds are beautiful but the condo needs lots of work. Many of the more recent reviews express how dated the condo is. If you love to cook the kitchen is very poorly apportioned. 4 spoons, no matching glasses, no can opener, one mixing bowl, utensils were plastic. Cheap pots and pan and 1980s small appliances. Coffee maker works every other time. Two clothes hangers in the small closet and one 1980s feeble dresser for storage . Broken hanging hooks and bathroom towel racks in both baths. The tile floors seemed to be wet or sweat. Pop corn ceilings with water stains and the cheap Walmart balcony furniture was sad. The living room furniture and pull out sofa were old and uncomfortable. The curtains had food stains and the blinds didn’t fit the windows in the master so the bright hall lights from the exterior hall flood in. This place needs a renovation. I’ve stayed in condos from Dauphin Island to Tampa and this condo needs help. There were several cheerleading groups booked there so the additional charges for arcade, extra pools etc were not used as they were too crowded. A loud party was disturbing one night requiring a call to security at 1 am. I’ll close with the beach and ocean views were beautiful and the spa was great. The grounds and pools are lovely.

First let’s focus on the positive; Pros ; 1. The beach club is a beautiful place , immaculate property , grounds and wonderful views . The ocean views were great and the balcony was a great size and view was amazing from it . We had an issue with the toilet while we were there and our host did send someone out immediately to fix it and to clean up and did bring us more towels since we did use all we had to clean up the overflow. That communication was very good . Cons : The unit itself is quite rundown and In need of some updates . The beds were all uncomfortable, the bathrooms had no decent place to hang towels and the ones that were there were falling apart . The refrigerator had shelves that were broken when we got there and is need of an update . The trash can that was there is broken and in need of replacing. The floors were filthy , in need of deep cleaning and mopping !! All of our feet were black from Just walking on it . The condo could use a deep clean . The shower curtain needs to be replaced it was really gross and kept falling down . Not sure what was going on or how to keep it up . The hooks were weird . As far as the company ajs our host : Like I said earlier when something did go wrong she communicated immediately and was very responsive. However, in the beginning her emails were condescending and very rude . All the adults in my party read them and agreed so it’s not just me she wanted to charge me extra charge for more towels ?
