This charming property is located directly above the Lido di Camaiore, with a marvellous view of the nearby sea and the attractive coastline. It offers plenty of space for a maximum of 10 people (9+1) in 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Interior

The living areas of the villa are located on different levels, which are adapted to the slope of the property.
From the loggia, which is equipped with a large brick barbecue, wooden table and wooden benches, you enter the comfortably equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher.

Through the kitchen and another entrance, you enter the large open-plan living/dining area with dining table and chairs, numerous sofas and armchairs, as well as various HIFI devices such as satellite TV, CD player, radio, etc. Wide French doors provide a cosy atmosphere. Wide French doors provide direct access to the large terrace and offer a wonderful view of the sea and the coastline, as well as the garden and the pool.

A few steps up, you reach the reading room.

However, if you go down a few steps, you reach the sleeping area with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The first bedroom is equipped with a large double bed, air conditioning, TV and en suite bathroom with bathtub. The other two bedrooms, a double room and a twin room (the beds can be put together and a sofa bed can be added), share a bathroom with shower.

A few steps further down is a single bedroom with access to the garden and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom (with bath).

Outdoor area

In the large Mediterranean garden is the swimming pool with diving board (5x12m; 1.00 to 2.40m deep) and outdoor shower. In the cosy sunbathing area, sun loungers and deckchairs invite you to relax and unwind.

Under the adjoining shady loggia, cosy rattan furniture and a hammock invite guests to relax and enjoy the fantastic view of the surrounding landscape and the sea.

On the large covered terrace in front of the kitchen, you can prepare meals on the barbecue and eat together at the large wooden table.

Location of the holiday home

The sea and the wide sandy beaches of Versilia are just 4 kilometres from the property. The exclusive coastal towns such as Viareggio, Lido Di Camaiore, Forte dei Marmi and Pietrasanta can be reached in just a few minutes.

A bakery is 200 m from the holiday home.

The nearest village with a bar, grocery shop and restaurant is 500 metres away on foot.

A bus service is available for excursions in the surrounding area. Sports activities such as tennis, golf (18 holes) and horse riding are also available in the immediate vicinity.

The central location makes the villa the ideal starting point for day trips to the sights of the region or to the nearby cities of art and culture such as Lucca, Pisa and Florence.
