Finca Catrina in Calas de Mallorca

Finca Catrina is located between Portocolom and Porto Cristo, just 3 kilometres from the beaches of Cala Domingos and Cala Antena. The area is called S'Espinagar and is a sought-after hillside location with extensive plots and luxurious country houses. Directly on the coast and approx. 3 to 5 kilometres away are the holiday resorts of Calas de Mallorca and Cala Murada. Both have several beaches, restaurants and shopping facilities.

The charming fishing village of Portocolom is only about 11 kilometres away and is known for its pretty fishermen's houses. Here there are several beaches and shopping facilities as well as several excellent restaurants overlooking the harbour. The golf course of Cala D'Or can be reached in a few minutes by car.

In the opposite direction, you can reach Porto Cristo. This lively town offers several sights, such as the Covas del Drac, a beautiful promenade with good restaurants with beautiful sea views, a marina and shopping facilities.

Finca Catrina is a very tastefully furnished finca with great attention to detail. The comfortable and open-plan living/dining area with cosy sofa corner, fireplace and large dining table is located on the ground floor. The kitchen with the central work area is fully equipped and forms the centrepiece of the living area. Also on the ground floor are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. Two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, the third bedroom has two single beds, all 3 have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning h/c. On the first floor is the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. This bedroom also has fitted wardrobes and air conditioning h/c and offers beautiful countryside views as far as the sea.

Finca Catrina has a beautiful and large garden with pool and pool terrace: a green oasis where you want to spend the whole day. There are several enchanting corners where you can enjoy the peace and quiet and switch off. By the large pool there is a tent with lounge furniture and enough space for several sun loungers. A few steps lead from the pool area to the terraces in front of the house. Here there is a covered terrace with sun loungers and a seating area, a brick BBQ grill and the sauna. There is also a gas grill available. The main terrace is covered and equipped with a large dining table. From here you have a marvellous view of the garden and pool. In the garden to the side, you can relax in the shade of a large tree or play a game of boccia on the specially designed lane. The youngest guests will find a paradise for playing with swings, slides and a wooden climbing house. Next to the main entrance at the back of the house, there is a conservatory for the cooler months where you can enjoy the midday and afternoon sun. Parking for several cars is available.

Children are welcome. A baby cot and a high chair are available free of charge.
Pets are not allowed.
Use of the sauna is subject to a charge and is regulated by a coin-operated machine. (10,00 € per hour).
The pool can be heated and has a pool cover. Pool heating is included in the price in April, October and November.
There is a swing, slide and wooden climbing house for children.

Minimum stay is one week, individual extra days are possible outside the main season.
Final cleaning is included in the price.
A €500 deposit will be charged to a credit card to be nominated in advance before arrival, which will be refunded after departure and after the house has been checked and cleared by the property management.
