Can Veler est une villa incroyable, avec plusieurs terrasses, Wifi, climatisation, excellent emplacement et une vue imprenable sur la Marina. Il y a un très grand salon et salle à manger avec coin salon confortable, une cuisine entièrement équipée avec électro-domestiques de haute qualité, la villa dispose également de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains (1 avec douche et 1 avec baignoire). Tous les trois chambres disposent de la climatisation (chaud / froid - 12 heures / jour). À côté de la salle de séjour, il ya une grande terrasse avec mobilier de salon confortable, l'endroit idéal pour se détendre et profiter de la vue imprenable. Depuis le salon, un escalier mène à la piscine, avec des chaises longues et un grand parasol. La taille de la piscine privée est 7m x 4. 50m et il a des marches romaines. La piscine est entourée de plantes vertes et de fleurs colorées de la méditerranée et à côté de la piscine est le barbecue construit en brique pour profiter des grillades inoubliables.

La villa bénéficie d'un excellent emplacement à seulement 150m de la prestigieuse Marina de Cala d'Or "Porto Cari", où vous trouverez une variété d'excellents restaurants avec une cuisine nationale et internationale et le célèbre Yacht Club avec restaurant, bar lounge, salle de gym et bain turc. La plage de sable la plus proche est le "Calo d 'Es Pou" idyllique à moins de 250m de marche. La plage offre toutes les facilités comme des chaises longues, des parasols et un bar de plage confortable. A 150m il ya un petit supermarché pour courses quotidiennes et du pain frais le matin. Le long de la Marina, vous pourrez facilement rejoindre à pied la station balnéaire de Cala d'Or et de Cala Egos. Cala d'Or est construit dans le style typique d'Ibiza, entouré par la végétation méditerranéenne et les pins, qui fournissent à la station une belle touche pittoresque. Vous trouverez ici les plus belles criques de sable comme "Playa Cala d'Or» et «Cala Gran". A moins de 1km il y a le club de tennis de Cala d'Or et les amateurs de golf trouveront le Vall d'Or Golf (18 trous) à environ 4. 5km.

This beautiful villa is situated right next to the marina, tucked away in a very quiet street. It offers convenient access to the beach—just a five-minute walk—though we also spent plenty of time relaxing by the lovely pool, where the water in May was actually warmer than the sea. Two good supermarkets are within easy walking distance -10 min—with a small market just two minutes walking —as well as a wide array of restaurants. The location is incredibly convenient, and the host is wonderful. The villa fully lives up to its description; helpful tips for guests were provided throughout the property, and parking was very convenient. We accidentally left a few items behind when checking out, and the host promptly shipped them to us without delay—a gesture for which we are especially grateful. We hope to return again if the villa is available, as this is truly a rare find!

Amazing stay

Lovely villa in a perfect location for beach and marina. Villa is exceptionally well appointed with everything you could possibly want. The views are fabulous as is the pool and garden. Eroski supermarket is nearby with a little Spar just down the road. We are regular visitors to Cala D'Or and love the many restsurants there. Ages from 9 to 69 and we all loved it.

The villa has stunning views of the marina, and is just steps away from the bars and restaurants on the marina front. Churchill’s is a must! It’s about a 10 minute walk round to the town side if you fancy a change. The kitchen was well equipped, and the lounge and porch area very comfortable. It could do with more mirrors in the bedrooms though. We were a bit perturbed at finding that the water from the taps was salty, as was the pool. The aircon is only on from 7pm to 7am so if you feel the heat ask for this to be extended. Lovely villa in a brilliant location.

Perfect for mixed age family

Great location. Nearer to Cala Egos than Cala Dor. The aircon was only in the bedrooms which made it a little anti social during the day trying to escape the heat. We had hoped to stay till 11am on check out day but the owner (lives next door) asked us to leave so we sat out on the street in boiling heat waiting for taxi.

Wow just perfect

Stayed here for 1 week, 2 adults and 2 children 15 & 13. The location is perfect, 6 minute walk to Cala Pou which is a gorgeous sandy bay with a lovely beach bar and great spots for jumping off the rocks. 3 minutes to the local spar which for us had everything we needed as we were only doing breakfast in the villa. Although there was enough fresh fruit, veg, meats etc if you do want to cook. The Marina is a 5 minute walk with lots of bars and restaurants and the town is 15 minute walk. You do not need a car unless you want one. The villa was spotless and had everything you need. Towels were fluffy, beds comfy and AC worked well, only thing I would say is they could do with some plastic cups for around the pool but other than that it was perfect.

Hallo, Lage des Hauses sehr gut. Leider ist das Haus voller Armeisen. Küche, Flur Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Bad. In Schränken der Schlafzimmer usw. Unerträglich. Die Betten sind für diese Preis eine Zumutung. Ebenfalls die alten lauten Klimaanlagen. Zwei von drei ließen sich nicht regeln. Auch das diese nur nachts funktionieren ist bei einer Tagestemperatur von 40 Grad und dem Preis nicht in Ordnung.

Das Haus ist zentral am Hafen gelegen. Leider befindet sich direkt vor der Terrasse die Bootswerkstatt. Dadurch kommt es hin und wieder zu Lärmbelästigung. Die Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind in Ordnung aber in die Jahre gekommen. In Schulnoten dargestellt würde ich eine gute 3 vergeben.

Perfect location in a wonderful resort

We’ve done villa holidays many times and this was one of the best, right through from booking to leaving on the last day. Looking at the photos, nothing could prepare for the views from the living room and balcony. The rooms were all clean and modern but it was the terrace, balcony and pool where we spent the most of the time and these were fabulous. There was a little “bustle” from the marina nearby but this added to the experience for us and the 2 minute walk to the nearest restaurants and Spar supermarket made it an ideal location. No car is needed here although we took a taxi to the nearby Mondrago beach and walked another day to the very close Cala d’es Pou beach. Evenings in Cala Egos, the marina and Cala d’Or were all excellent but we still had a pizza night at home one night too which was great fun. Talking practicalities, not much in the way of insects apart from a few bites, bins about 50 meters up the road to drop off your empty bottles (!) and little traffic to worry about.

Great location, lovely Villa

It's a really nice villa, a nice surprise when we arrived was that all the rooms are on one level, so everyone is close by. The view from the huge window overlooking the marina is amazing and the photos in the listing just don't capture how fabulous that is. The bedrooms all had air-conditioning, available 7pm to 7am, and we asked for that to be changed to 9pm to 9am, which they did for us instantly. (Didn't want to get up early on holiday). It's walkable to the marina, with the restaurants, not many shops there, but loads of bars etc. You can walk into Cala D'Or in about 15-20 mins, it was very crowded, loads of shops, cafes and restaurants there, but we only went in once as I was using a mobility scooter and we could barely move there were so many people. Lots of fun if you like that though. The smaller area along the beach called Pou, that was more our scene and closer, 5 mins walk in the other direction. They had a night craft market one evening, nice places to eat, a couple of supermarkets, some gifts shops, but quieter and not as frantic. A place called Indiana John's have the BEST food, their tandoori chicken was just the best thing ever, we went back a couple of times to eat there. A bit cheaper than the marina too. Back to the villa, the kitchen had everything needed, I didn't actually use the stove or oven, but a huge fridge freezer is great, and there was an electric kettle which had plenty of use. Needed to buy water, the tap water is really horrible, even had to brush teeth using bottled water. The lounge was lovely although we didn't use it much, we tended to sit outside on the patio area overlooking the pool and marina. Needed insect repellent at night though, lots of mosquitos. The pool is lovely and larger than I expected. I hadn't really expected a big set of steps down to the pool, thankfully there was a good sturdy handrail so it was manageable. The pool is a long way from the kitchen if you need a drink, so it's worth taking a couple of teenagers with you so that they can go up and down for stuff.. I would recommend the villa owner get some plastic or melamine plates and glasses though, I didn't like having real glass glasses by the pool, causes a lot of problems if they get broken and glass goes into the pool. Would definitely go back to the villa. People were lovely and the villa was just what we needed.
