La structure "CasaMia civico 14" est située au centre de Salerne, dans un quartier résidentiel calme, à l’écart de la circulation. Entièrement rénovée en 2024, elle offre tout le confort moderne : climatisation, TV à écran plat, Wi-Fi, draps, serviettes, fer à repasser et moustiquaires. L’appartement comprend un petit coin cuisine équipé, un séjour avec canapé-lit double, une chambre double et une salle de bain avec douche.
Son emplacement est idéal : la plage Santa Teresa est à seulement 5 minutes à pied (environ 400 mètres), la gare ferroviaire à 10 minutes à pied (environ 1 km), tout comme le terminus des transports en commun (bus, métro, train, taxi). Les bus pour la Côte Amalfitaine (Maiori, Amalfi, Positano), la Côte du Cilento (Paestum, Agropoli, Castellabate, Acciaroli, etc.) et Pompéi sont facilement accessibles. Les transports publics pour la ville et la province se trouvent à environ 100 mètres, accessibles par un escalator.
À 5 minutes à pied (environ 400 mètres), la station maritime Porto Manfredi propose des liaisons vers les principales destinations touristiques telles que la Côte du Cilento, Ischia, Capri et Sorrente. En 10 minutes à pied (environ 1 km), vous rejoignez le port de plaisance "Masuccio Salernitano", d’où partent les ferries pour la Côte Amalfitaine et Capri, avec plusieurs arrêts le long de la "Divine".
