Ben's Cool Cabin - 2 heures de location de vélo / kayak GRATUIT! C'est l'endroit que vous voulez être! Grande salle familiale, avec la vue la plus extraordinaire sur la forêt et les montagnes que vous pouvez imaginer. Trois chambres à coucher et deux salles de bain et demie, foyer au bois, Direct TV, Netflix, WiFi gratuit, 2 lecteurs Blu-ray intelligents et laveuse / sécheuse. Doté de tout le confort de la maison, le Cool Cabin de Ben dispose d'une cuisine complète avec cuisinière / four, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, mixeur, grille-pain, cafetière simple tasse Keuring, vaisselle, casseroles / poêles, etc. Pont supérieur avant avec barbecue à gaz. Semi-isolée avec une vue magnifique sur la montagne et le coucher du soleil. Marchez jusqu'au village et à quelques minutes seulement des pistes de ski, golf, lac, zoo, magasins et restaurants.

Almost PERFECT

My whole family had an awesome time celebrating my son’s 13th bday aside from the perfect location for everything , we got also a PERFECT ACCOMMODATION. BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN, OVERLOOKING, COZY HOUSE. Just upon checking in that needs a little improvement. Hopefully, next visit , they will not make it complicated. 😁

Big bear

Perfect location for our quick 2 day ski trip. Beautiful view from the balcony. Great service at check-in office. We will definitely be back.

Bens Cool Cabin

Pros - The cabin is in a great location – prime – close to everything, the town, alpine slide, the lake, including the property management office. The cabin looked exactly like the pictures, I would say even better. All the comforts of home provided in a what appears to be a clean fashion. Now for the cons…Ants!!! Yes, this is the mountains which is made clear in the welcome book, but when we entered the home there were ants all over the kitchen, the island, the counters, the dining room table, the floor. We used some bug spray that was under the sink and property management brought us a stronger bug spray to use. I cleaned and sprayed virtually the whole kitchen the 1st night, woke up the next morning to ants all over our snacks which were in a bag, which I moved to a small part of the living room away from everything. There were ants in the living room on the couch, table and floors. The ants were mostly on the top level, not downstairs where the bedrooms are. Next con - parking, its non-existent!! There is a gravel driveway on a steep hill, we never figured out the best way to enter the driveway and park so beware. The grill was not cleaned and doesn’t look like its ever been clean, so we did not get to grill. There is no yard or outside area for children to hang around the home, for us this wasn’t such a big deal as we spent a lot of time around the lake. From the pictures the cabin is high up, trust me it is, great views, but the steps to the property were a little scary and I found myself tired of walking up and down them. Your trash has to be removed by you before the end of your stay. They provide two drop off areas, but we used the property management dumpsters twice during our stay and that was the best convenience. Over all it was a decent stay for our first visit to Big Bear!

We are sorry to hear that you experienced some issues during your trip. We will get some ant bait brought over to the property and work on resolving this issue. In the future, please call/text us during your stay so we can try to resolve what we can! Unfortunately, city ordinance requires guests dispose of their trash at the dump, we understand this is inconvenient and do offer to take care of it for an additional fee. We hope the pros outweigh the cons and you join us for another stay in the future. :)
