The house and location was perfect for our family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids) we spent Thanksgiving at the house and loved the proximity to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The house had everything we needed and the communication with the owner was wonderful. Would love to visit again!

Our stay was great! You can not ask for a better location. We sat on the front porch and watched the waves. We walked to get food, coffee, and groceries. We only moved the car one time and that’s because it was pouring down rain. Would definitely stay again. Everything we needed was at the condo - fully stoked kitchen, beach chairs, etc

Great stay steps from the beach

Perfect location and accommodation for my friends and me. Was able to walk barefoot to the beach from the house it was so close. Also a short walk from restaurants, bars, and a park with nice pickleball courts

Perfect Beach house!

Our family had a wonderful stay in this house! We were able to walk to our favorite shops and restaurants everyday. The view of the ocean from the cozy front porch with rocking chairs was beautiful! The house was clean and the beach themed decor was perfect! We wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else!

Love this rental

This is our second year staying and we absolutely love this property. It’s very well appointed, within walking distance of so many fun shops/restaurants, and steps from the beach. We will definitely be returning next year as well.

Great family beach week

We stayed one week with 4 teenage kids and had a great time. The outside shower was perfect given there was only one shower inside. So nice being close to downtown area. Clean and comfortable! Enjoyed the porch and ocean breeze/view. Kitchen was well equipped and nicely organized.

Our second stay - highly recommend

This was our second stay at 20 Oceanic with our family of 5. Location, location, location - everything is in walking distance. We parked on Saturday and did not drive again until going into Wilmington for dinner on Friday! I also recommend ordering your groceries on line with Harris Teeter for pick up at 2:30pm before you cross the bridge so you can avoid grocery shopping!

Fantastic spot

One of the best spots in Wrightsville beach. House was very clean and well taken care of. Literal steps from the beach with great parking. Plealnty of room for our small family and bottom garage was great for 4 year old to run some energy off after dark. Will definitely stay here again.

Relaxing on porch rockers, napping in the hammock and walking the loop are some if our favorite activities! Just steps from the beach too. Centrally located in the heart of Wrightsville Beach.

You can park your car, relax, and and have a great vacation without having to get back in the car.
A short walk to the public dock to watch gorgeous sunsets over the sound! There is a walking/running trail 'the loop' at the end of the street. This is a 2.4 mile loop that you can enjoy for exercise. Within this trail is a recreation area consisting of a park and other outdoor activities such as basketball and tennis.
