Magnifiquement rénové Beach And Bay View Condo

Cette unité spacieuse a été remodelée en 2013 et dispose de mises à jour incrémentielles chaque année depuis cette date. Nous offrons deux chambres à coucher, deux salles de bain, trois balcons et une vue spectaculaire sur la piscine, le golfe et la baie. À 1331 pieds carrés, c'est parmi les plus grandes unités de deux chambres disponibles sur la plage.

Les nouveaux appareils, y compris laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité. Marchez sur le bain à remous, piscine et plage. Traversez la rue aux courts de tennis privés et quai. La salle de musculation est au premier étage que sont les grils à gaz et des cabanes tiki pour se divertir.

À distance de marche des restaurants, des bars tiki, du cinéma, de la location de bateaux, de la location de vélos et des magasins. La plupart des gens qui séjournent ici reviennent année après année. Quand il est temps de se détendre, ce est l'endroit à être.

La piscine commune à Island Winds a été récemment transformée avec l’ajout d’une entrée de pierre et d’une plage infinie de piscines aquatiques. En tant que client, vous aurez accès aux jouets de plage et de piscine stockés dans une zone de stockage privée.

Amazing!

This was one of our best vacations. The closet of toys and chairs were so helpful since we flew and couldn’t bring our own. The pool was so clean and perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked and the owners were super helpful. We can’t wait to return!!

Beautiful Condo

Great condo, very nice pool and great location for restaurants as well. One of the best furnished condo's that we have ever stayed in. Owners very friendly, accessible and accommodating should you need them, although we really did not, other then a few questions before booking. Gulf water is a bit of a walk compared to other places we've stay, but still on beach and not too far for us. We knew going into it that it was the widest part of the beach when we booked so not an issue. Highly recommended and we will be returning.

AWESOME UNIT!

My husband and I spent the month of February in this unit, the first couple staying in the unit since the remodeling. The unit was clean, comfortable and made it easy to just sit back, relax and enjoy our stay? The unit was well equipped with everyday supplies and cookware. The three screened-in lanais were all very comfortable with nice views. By far the best location on the beach.

Beautiful home and location

This home is beautiful! Had everything we needed including great views from all three balconies. Location was ideal, close to Publix, CVS, restaurants. Rented bikes, which we used most of the time and a few Uber/Lyft trips. Tuesday boat rides to the shrimp restaurants were great too! Walking the beach every day and then relax at pool that had plenty of sun and shade seating. Love it, will be back next year.

Spacious Condo

Loved how big the living room and kitchen were. The beach and pool were great. Condo had basically all the supplies you needed apart from food. Only things I would change are putting a queen bed in the guest room and the way the tub is. We have a newly turned 1 year old and had to fill up the tub via the shower head.

The beach is wonderful - powder soft sand and a wide beach! Everyone is also very friendly and the staff at the condo were exceptional.

Very, very nice condo!

We stayed from March 31,2018 to April 7, 2018. Our stay on the beach was amazing. The condo was very clean, great location on the beach, beautiful beach and bay views, and we hated to leave. Nice relaxing place to stay

This condo was very nice. Everything was clean and modern. It is located close to a little shopping center which made it convenient.I like the covered parking spaces. This area of the beach is beautiful. I hope to stay here again sometime.
