We had a great time during our stay. We have a large family of 9, and we had plenty of space. The hosts were helpful, quickly responding to questions. Definitely recommend!

Comfortable Home for Families

Great property and close to the beach. Big bathrooms and nice bedrooms, all but one has a tv. Large comfy living area and large dining area inside as well as outside. Also large private patio, nicely furnished. Quiet neighborhood and responsive owner. Washer and dryer as well which was needed nightly. Close to everything you need. There is little on the down side
.the master bed was hard and most pillows hard. There were no blankets or throws and no extra sheets. (I usually cover the living room sofa with a sheet while there). There were no hand towels in the kitchen or bathroom. But overall, we had a wonderful time and were so glad to be at this home!

Great Oceanside Escape

Property manager was quick with responses and accommodating. About a 5 min drive to the beach! We had 4 adults and 5 kids

This was our second time staying at this property, and it won’t be our last! We love it here, the beds are super comfortable, the bedrooms are spacious, and the layout is perfect for families. We traveled with two families (including three kids), and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and play.The backyard is ideal for outdoor fun, and we loved being able to all sit together at the large dining table for meals. Having two washers and dryers was a huge bonus for keeping up with laundry during our stay.The location is also super convenient, Walmart and Whole Foods both deliver, and Dutch Bros and Black Rock are just minutes away. It’s also a quick, easy drive to the beach.The owner is incredibly friendly and responsive, which made the entire experience even better. Highly recommend this home for families or groups looking for a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay!

Amazing host and house

The host was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.There were a few pans that werent clean and the trailer parking in the pictures didint exist, but that wasnt a huge deal as the property had multiple pans and a large enough driveway. Quiet neighborhood and close to resturants and beach. If we are ever back in the area I will be booking again!

Family Stay-cation

This is a great place to stay with a large family. The location is perfect. Not too far from restaurants and downtown area.Gary is an amazing host. He's ready to help with any questions you may have. Definitely staying here again.

Perfect for my family

I was looking for something with enough space with an area to barbecue. This place was perfect and aa all the previous reviews had mentioned. The place was very nice and clean which we appreciated. The huge table was not only beautiful but a wonderful gathering place for my family. my only con would be if I’m paying a cleaning fee, I don’t mind cleaning up after myself, but for it to be a requirement, to start the dishwasher and start the washer and take the trash cans to the curb although they’re simple things I was on vacation and I thought that’s what I pay extra for the cleaning so I could’ve just concentrated on my family, but I would definitely recommend maybe others don’t have a problem my brother didn’t feel it was asking too much. This was my first stay as I’m used to hotels where all these things are done for me so it could just be a me thing.

Excellent property

This home is in a nice quiet neighborhood, with quick access to Dutch Bros, Dunkin, Frazier Farms and several other grocery stores. Home also in vicinity of delivery from Walmart and Whole Foods for convenience. There is plenty of parking in front of the 2 garages of the home. There are 5 large bedrooms with 2 King beds. The kitchen is large and spacious for several people to be cooking with room for all. Expansive dining table to seat everyone along the dining table. The backyard is great for cooking out and allowing the kids to play, and very private. The family room layout is great for watching tv, and playing on the floor. The bed and beddings are very soft and comfortable! Both of the showers are amazing! Hot, hot water and a great shower head with tons of water pressure! There is a private laundry room with an additional refrigerator and 2 washers and dryers. Communication with host was great! If you are traveling with a large family or more than one family this is the home for you!

Birthday Weekend

We had a great stay here on our visit to legoland. The host was great at answering any questions I had. The space is nice for large groups . It’s location near supermarkets fast food and restaurants was great .

Very comfortable home!

Here for a family wedding. Home was clean and very roomy for our group. Roomy kitchen and beds were very comfortable. Wish we would have had more time to use the home during the day! Gary was easy to work with and answered our questions in a timely manner. Nice property!

Perfect fit

This vacation home was perfect for what we needed for Labor Day weekend. The kitchen is very big plus dining area. Loved the dining room table. The beds are comfortable. This home is a 4-5 minute drive to the beach. We lacked nothing. We'll definitely return if occasion arises for another visit to Oceanside.

Comfortable, clean and close to beach!

Great house for small to large groups. We had 8 adults and 4 children aged under 5 years old. Great set up with 5 comfortable bedrooms and an awesome backyard for the kids. Privacy fence and a quiet neighborhood made it feel like we were not in a typical Oceanside neighborhood. Great host with great communication. Highly recommend this home for vacation or visiting friends and family.
