We had an excellent stay overall. The house was exactly as listed and comfortably accommodated our group of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids). The pet-friendly policy was a huge bonus and made our trip even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Beautiful Home

My husband, children, and I had a wonderful time. This house had enough room for all of us and was well laid out. We appreciated that it sat deep in black butte and on a larger lot. We will definitely be back.

Liked layout and location

Overall clean. However, you could see where past guests had pets and parties. ie dog hair on bed spread, confetti on the floor And furniture, broken screen on slider.

This is a dog friendly house and can have a trace of a dog hair or two but no items were covered in dog hair. At the time of entry there was no confetti. Not sure if air vent could have pushed some out. Thank you for your review and look forward to seeing you again soon. Management.

Close to the Upper Pool and Glaze Meadow Golf. I would definitely stay there again.

Home is beautiful! I could move in for good and have everything I need.

We loved this beautiful home! The layout,furnishings,and outlook are outstanding and very comfortable! The snow that fell the night we got here was the icing on the Thanksgiving cake!! The ONLY thing to make someone’s stay enjoyable and without incident is to make sure you turn on fan next to fireplace prior to making a fire. I would sit this in a big note on mantel next to open damper.

Some of the cooking stuff was put away dirty I wish better seating in living room. We were disappointed that TV wasn’t smart TV. And living area needs better lighting. Was really dark.

Nice house but needs not very clean.

We love coming to Black Butte with our family and were excited to spend the Thanksgiving Holiday there. The house was in a quite part of the ranch and although it’s on the golf course it still had a large backyard for the kids to run around in. The kitchen has been updated and was big enough to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner. The bedrooms and living rooms were cozy and fit four adults, two kids and a dog comfortably. The biggest issue we had was that the sheets on multiple beds were not clean and many of the dishes were dusty. Minor issue, the Wi-Fi password was not where it was supposed to be and it took us quite awhile to find it.

I went in and looked at the sheets and looked like their had been detergent stains so I have thrown them away and replaced them so now they all have fresh new sheets. We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and welcoming when we arrived. The kitchen had everything we needed; the deck was a nice, shady escape from the heat of the day. Everyone enjoyed watching the deer and turkey roaming around. We are looking forward to coming back again.

Missing: workable peeler and knives (or sharpener) for prepping food. We had to wash many dishes before using.Black Butte Realty and Kendra were outstanding and there whenever we needed anything. I can't say enough about that service and will definitely want to use their rentals again!! Thank you.

Relaxing Retreat

We enjoyed the nice kitchen, dining area, great room, and large deck overlooking the golf course. We also really enjoyed riding bikes on the great bike paths up to glaze meadow, the lodge, and the large open meadow. Always enjoy BBR and this house was located in a wonderfully peaceful and quiet area of the ranch. Home was nice and clean and well maintained.
