GC # 87 Trois Bdrm, Condo de trois salles de bain avec une façade de terrain de golf, une vue imprenable

Ce condo profite pleinement de la vue magnifique sur le 10ème fairway ainsi que sur le nord, les montagnes de la soeur du sud et Broken Top. Il y a une grande terrasse Trex où les vues sont superbes pour bronzer, profiter des golfeurs, des barbecues en soirée avec la famille ou simplement vous détendre avec des amis. Cela peut être le lieu de vacances idéal pour vous et vos enfants ou pour une escapade privée. Idéal pour les amateurs de golf!

Il se trouve à quelques minutes à pied du Robert's Pub et du parcours de golf Big Meadow. Juste après le pub se trouve une zone de loisirs et à une courte distance de marche du bistro Lakeside et de la nouvelle piscine, du bâtiment récréatif et de l'aire de jeux.

Le condo est un spacieux 1332 pieds carrés. L'étage principal se compose d'un salon ouvert, d'une salle à manger et d'une cuisine. Une chambre king est à droite lorsque vous entrez dans le condo, avec une salle de bain complète plus une laveuse et une sécheuse empilables. Toutes les chambres sont lumineuses et lumineuses et offrent une vue imprenable sur le golf et la montagne.

En haut des escaliers se trouve une chambre double avec salle de bain complète et à droite, une deuxième chambre avec un lit king et une troisième salle de bain complète. Il y a aussi un futon dans le grenier.

La maison est amicale et climatisée. Ce condo est parfait pour une grande famille ou une famille élargie. Excellent emplacement, confort et abordabilité!

This is a nice comfortable condo with an excellent location. We have stayed in this unit many times over years because they accept dogs & it has a wonderful view of the mountains & golf course (on #10 hole of Big Meadow course).

Winter fun at BBR!

We had a great time celebrating New Years here! The condo was located close to the BBR entrance and had a cozy, log cabin vibe inside. It was clean and had more than enough room for 6 people and 3 dogs. I’d definitely stay here again!

Second time staying in that very same townhouse... PERFECT location! House keeping needs to get down and dirty with a deep cleaning..... disgusting what was underneath the twin beds...

Great rental, great location in the ranch

It is close to the lodge and Hwy 20. If you are a family that needs TV's in every room and Netflix, Hulu, video games, this is not the condo for you. That is part of what I loved about it.

I have stayed in this unit several times and I was happy to see that the current owners have upgraded it with new carpeting and an overall refreshed look. Spectacular Views

This is a great property for a smaller family. The views are phenomenal and it is an easy distance to Black Butte lodge. It was my third time in this property and I was happy to see that it was much cleaner than before, apparently with new rugs. But it still needs attention: burners on the stove didn't work, light bulbs were missing and when we got there the dryer wasn't working. (Howells, the property manager knew it and sent someone to fix it after I called.) The air conditioning was very nice. I have rented from Howells many times over the years and they are consistently nice and helpful, but they need to update their processes. Why isn't there an online payment option? It would be so much more efficient and would avoid the kind of problem I had. I filled out my reservation paperwork, including the card with my credit card info, and sent it in. A while later they called and asked why I hadn't sent payment information. I told them I filled out the payment card but they couldn't find it and said the card had not been charged. I gave them my credit card info so they could charge my rental and they promised I would not be charged again if the card showed up. Well, guess what...they did charge me again, which I discovered when they sent me a refund for overpayment. Later, they failed to send me info about how to get into the house. Seems like automation would solve these problems. But, all in all. Black Butte is a magic place, this is a nice little rental and the Howells people are nice. ( warning: there are lots of steps.)

Perfect Golf Getaway Condo

Our favorite parts were waking up to an incredible view of the mountains beyond the 10th fairway, the big porch, and the wood-burning fireplace. The shed for the condos came fully stocked with firewood, which was a nice bonus.

Golf Course Condo No. 87

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Black Butte Ranch and have lost count how many times we have vacationed at BBR. This is the first time we have stayed in one of the condos. The location was great and there was plenty of room for five of us plus two dogs, however all areas were not cleaned properly and there was dried blood on all layers of the bedding in the downstairs bedroom.

A gem of a vacation

Kudos to the staff most importantly that we interacted with, from the check-in to the pool staff to the golf course personnel to the servers at the Bistro. They were professional, helpful, and kind in each interaction. While the condo we reserved was a bit dated and had some minor upkeep questions, we still enjoyed our time as we were outdoors 90% of the time. Thanks for a great week and a wonderful set of memories that were created.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this condo 4 times now and this will be our last. Condo is in a fantastic location but the quality of appliances, utensils,, linens, decor, bathrooms, etc need serious upgrading. Coffee maker was broken ( they replaced immediately), shades broken, cobwebs everywhere, dirty dishes in cabinets. Turns out dishwasher was completely broken so we had to hand wash all week and management made no accommodation for it other than referring to section 9 of the contract (it was section 10 ). Ken, the maintenance guy was great in trying to fix but said management and owners needed to decide whether to fix or replace. We heard nothing further from management and zero graciousness for the inconvenience of it for the week we were there.The pluses are the location, views, fantastic deck and comfy beds. It’d be nice to have blankets and warmer covers this time of year however as there was just a thin comforter and sheets and blanket in closet barely fit a twin and not a king. Hate to give it a thumbs down for quality control but it was pretty disappointing this trip.

Spring Break Getaway

This condo was in a great location at Black Butte Ranch. Beautiful views from the house and deck and close to activities and dining. The kitchen was well stocked and our group of 8 all slept comfortably. We visit Black Butte Ranch often and have stayed at several different properties, but we will definitely book this particular property for our next stay.

The house could use a deep clean (grime, bugs, cob webs and mouse poo) but overall we had a great stay and will definitely book again!

I think this was written in error. The review was written 3 weeks after the guests departure. We did not receive any call or indication that the guest was unhappy with the cleaning. We would have sent a housekeeper immediately if a problem had been suggested. The condo has stunning views and a premier location on the ranch, as do all the condos; this alone negates all the other bad numbers. The house has NEVER been "filthy" or even "dirty".
