Cette maison a été entiÚrement rénovée avec de beaux sols carrelés dans des couleurs neutres agréables et a été récemment rénovée. Il est parfaitement équipé pour le confort, avec une cuisine à aire ouverte, entiÚrement agencée avec un bar à petit-déjeuner, un joli salon décoré avec une grande télévision et une salle à manger moderne. Il a tout le linge de lit et les serviettes nécessaires, une laveuse et une sécheuse et un grand garage pour votre commodité.

Spring Break

We enjoyed our relaxing spring break with our two dogs. The pool was nice and warm. My husband and daughter enjoyed kayaking. The dogs loves the fenced in yard. The house was beautiful and clean.

One Week Stay

The property was located right on the canal which was beautiful. The house was very clean and the furnishings were perfect. If we needed anything, our property manager, Nadja, handled it! She returned our call immediately and fixed anything that we needed promptly. Thank you, Nadja!!!

Everything we wanted and more!

We have stayed in many VRBO and AirBnB homes and I have to say this was one of the best. It was even more equipped than the listing. One of us would come up with something we needed and we would find it. Nadia was amazing to work with. She is very responsive and super helpful! We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this home to anyone!

A beautiful, well furnished vacation house

We stayed in this vacation home in march 2014.We were very satisfied with the service by Engel & Voelkers and the home itself. The communication was an "A", the assistance was very helpful and timely with any responses. This house is very beautiful, well furnished. We also loved the bicycles, kayaks,fishing pool,pack-n-play, x-finity, wi-fi internet, beach towels,heated pool etc. The neighborhood was nice as well.Only minor improvement suggestions could be made.

Nice Place but Needs a Little TLC

The property management team was very easy to work with and great. It took them longer than hoped to return calls/texts a few times (it was the Thanksgiving holiday week so that likely played into that) but otherwise they were great. The house is nice but needs a bit of care. All pool sticks were broken (MGMT did replace them after a few days), the pool table baskets kept falling out, blinds were broken, the bed slats fell one night (I repaired it). Also, two of the beds seemed dirty on arrival and the house could use a pest control service. The pool was fantastic, and the view was great. Overall, with a little bit of TLC the house could be a wonderful place to stay. My family and I had a blast, and they had lots of great extras (2 kayaks, fishing rods, beach chairs, coolers, etc) which was very nice! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Tired but nice

property is nice. view out back from pool area beautiful. would have given it 5stars but for a few negatives. House is in need of an update - it is tired on the inside and could use a new lick of paint and other updates. They promote the pool table in their marketing, but if you are an experienced player , you will be disappointed by the quality of the table and equipment. There were four pool cues provided , two of which were broken with the two useable ones not up to snuff. When I have rented other homes in the past - most were well stocked with basic essentials such as kitchen supplies, which were lacking here. Other than that , my family were overall pleased with our stay.

Great time

House was exactly as pictures show. We really enjoyed the pool and sitting on the lanai with our morning coffee. About a 40 minute drive to Sanibel. Neighborhood was so quiet and beautiful. Safe for bike riding. House provided Bikes, beach chairs, kayaks, pool floats
and more! Nadja was beyond accommodating, excellent communication. One week wasn’t enough, we will be back next year for a longer stay. We had a great time!

A quiet getaway with beautiful sunsets

My stay was too short but well worth it. Needed to get away and enjoy some downtime aka pool time and beautiful sunsets with my family. The house was spacious and we had all the amenities one would need at a vacation rental. I did not get to use the bicycles or Kayaks but they are there for you to enjoy. Nadja , the property manager and Elliot were very professional and responsive when I had an inquiry. Thank you and hope to visit Cape Coral soon!

This property was absolutely beautiful.

The pictures you see online are great but being at the property is absolutely amazing. We spent much of our time on the large patio enjoying the pool and the view. The check in process was easy and Nadja was very pleasant and accommodating. I rate this place as excellent and will definitely keep this property in mind when we visit Florida again.

Just perfect!

This property met all our needs. It was very clean, well stocked, had a heated pool, canal for fishing and a fenced in yard for our dogs. And, oh ya, plenty of sun! Management was great. Nadja responded promptly to all my questions. We would highly recommend this property. So much so, we already booked it again.

Great getaway

My daughter, mom and her husband and myself stayed at this property over Thanksgiving week. What a beautiful location on the canal to watch the sunset. The pool was heated a few days after we got there as they were waiting for some parts to come in in order for the pool to run properly. Plenty of bikes, beach chairs, fishing poles provided. When we weren't at the beaches, we spent most of our time by the pool. There were only a few complaints with the stay was the TVs were hard to navigate and the one in the bedroom my daughter stayed in didn't work. Normally, I would have said something but we ended up not watching much TV except the football games in Thanksgiving. The other issue is the guest bath, very small. The master bathroom appears to be updated and GORGEOUS but the only other bathroom was small and definitely in need of a remodel. Like I said, very few complaints as we absolutely loved staying here! We definitely will again!!!

Great neighborhood, great place, great view

We loved this property. It is very nicely laid out. It has a very open floor plan. We loved the high ceilings. The patio is beautiful. The view of the canal is nice as it is at a wide spot.

Most relaxing stay ever

The home is beautiful. Clean and spacious. The fanced in yard is a bonus for our fur babies we spend every min at the pool. We had all our meals outside. Short drive to sanibel island for a day trip. This home is walking distance to Publix and planty of restaurants. We will definitely recommend this home

Did Not Disappoint

Absolutely loved our stay here last week with family. Photos of the property are spot on. Any minor concerns we had were immediately addressed. Great location! Very quiet. Enjoyed meals by the pool and spending evenings hanging out on the lanai and swimming in the pool. Kayaking in the canal was great. Rented a boat for the week. Highly recommend it. Loved the boat rides to the different beaches - seeing dolphins on the way and anchoring just off the beaches. On our last night we had the most stunningly gorgeous sunset. We love Cape Coral and this vacation rental! Great memories and LOTS of shells to take home 😎

Perfect for our stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The set up was perfect for our family. The weather was not great but we were able to enjoy the screened in pool area and the pool table. We particularly enjoyed the covered patio. The grill was great. The kitchen was well supplied. Being on the canal was enjoyable, though navigating the canal and lock was more than I'd want to do again. The garage held everything you could possibly need to enjoy the area - kayaks, bikes, pool floats, beach chairs and umbrellas, fishing poles, live bait bucket, even a pet crate. We were particularly grateful for the property manager Nadja's professionalism and flexibility, getting us into the house early and getting us checked out quickly. We had to contact her a couple times about our boat situation and she was immediately responsive and helpful. We would definitely seek out her properties in the future.

Good location with sunset views as advertised!

Fenced backyard was great for our dog. All of the seating on the lanai was fantastic for working or relaxing. House is well supplied. Nice to have the bikes and kayaks available, too. Very close to grocery and some terrific local restaurants.

We stayed at this property March20-27. We had a couple minor issues when we checked in but was taken care of right away and they made it right at the end. Great communication. Property was great!! Loved using the bikes. Pool was warm.

Very pleasant!

Great location in Cape Coral. Nice house, pool and site on a canal. The property manager Nadja, couldn't have been nicer! Easy check in and out. She even gave us an extra small bike for our 7 year old so we all had one and could ride around the area! Highly recommended for a small family or couple looking for a nice, reasonably house!!
