Aloha et bienvenue à Kihei Akahi. Ceci est une charmante maison de ville située dans le sud de Kihei, Maui. Cette belle maison est située en face de Kamaole Beach II, l'une des plus belles plages de sable blanc de South Maui. L'unité a une vue sur l'océan merveilleux qui peut être vu à partir des vérandas haut et en bas. Les deux sortez vérandas ont une superficie totale de 224. Les vérandas sont merveilleux espace supplémentaire pour la vie extérieure et pour profiter des couchers de soleil spectaculaires.

-Les Motifs à Kihei Akahi sont impeccablement entretenus. Vous êtes à seulement quelques pas de la piscine privée fermée, un espace barbecue et un court de tennis. Il est seulement une courte promenade à une variété de restaurants et de magasins. Kamaole Beach II est immédiatement sur la route avec son sable blanc et fin et a certains des meilleurs baignade et la plongée partout. (Pour votre commodité, nous incluons aussi des serviettes de plage, chaises de plage, masque et tubas, et des nattes.)

-Entièrement Équipée avec vaisselle, ustensiles, meubles, électroménagers, draps, serviettes et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vos vacances de rêve au paradis.
-La Maison a nouveau tapis et a été récemment mis à jour.

Beautiful location

This condo was in the perfect spot near shopping right across from the ocean. The only complaint was there were little bugs in the kitchen that got into food that I had to throw away. And I feel the cleaning could have been better. I will say it has everything that you need while you were there overall we were fine with the exception of those couple of things

Perfect sunset views!

Such a great location! Being right across from the beach was so perfect! Not only can you sit on the lanai with beautiful views, you can go across the road and directly to the beach! Crosswalk is right there so shoes are optional! Most of the other places along this strip, the access is not as direct so this was perfect! The host was easy to communicate with! We had an AC unit stop working late one afternoon and they were so quick to respond and get it replaced. Such great care to make sure we were comfortable! I would stay here again without hesitation!

We have stayed here twice and really enjoyed it both times. The location can't be beat! The condo could use a little updating - the lanai furniture has definitely seen better days and the air conditioning in the master bedroom is just too loud and blows on the edge of the bed. The kitchen utensils (pots and pans) need replacing but other than these things, the place is great - very roomy and comfortable. Nancy is a pleasure to work with and very responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend this place!

Location, location, location

This unit is located perfectly with a 90 second walk to Kamaole beach 2, restaurants, convinces stores , etc. We loved the upper deck for watching wales and sunsets and the lower covered deck for private breakfasts and games/snacks in the evening. Lots of room with the two floors, and nicely appointed up-to-date kitchen with everything needed. The pool and BBQs are just steps away all very clean and well kept. We would definitely stay here again. Host was also great to work with and very helpful. Can’t wait to get back

The condo met all of our expectations. Perfect location for us across from kameole beach II. Condo had all the extras like chairs, snorkeling gear, etc. Unit was clean and kitchen was well stocked for making meals. I travel to Maui yearly but rarely stay in the same unit. We found our dream Hawaii vacation condo. And this is it. We stayed for 8 nights. We snorkeled all over Maui and also enjoyed walking across the street where we found wonderful beaches and great snorkeling. Seriously, the snorkeling across the street was AMAZING! We sat on the beach and watched humpback whales jumping out of the water. We sat on the beach and watched sea turtles swim by. When we were ready to relax in the condo, we walked across the street and relaxed. We cooked our meals in the condo's kitchen. We use the condo's beach equipment. We have been back home now less than 24 hours and are ready to start planning our return to Maui and staying in this same condo. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Great location and gorgeous views!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this roomy unit. The view from both upper and lower lanais was spectacular and sunset was amazing every night we were there. It was me, my husband, and our two kids. The unit has a closet stocked with beach gear - chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand buckets. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. There are tons of towels, hand towels, face cloths, and beach towels and laundry right in unit so we were able to stay on top of laundry. The unit does not have central air but it does have large AC units in the main living area and bedrooms which was enough to keep us cool. The beds were super comfortable. It is located right across the street from a beautiful beach, Kam II. We saw a few sea turtles swim by as well. The pool area is great as well, although we only used it once as we spent most of our time at the beach across the street. The location is nice and central. Close to restaurants and shops. We absolutely loved our time here and would definitely stay here again!

Maui Ocean Soundtrack

My family and I loved this spot, which was stocked with all we needed (beach gear, including 4 chairs, umbrella, beach towels, etc.) for the beach and in the kitchen (ample pots/pans, some cooking basics, lots of supplies). With our 15 and 19 year old son and daughter, the location across from the beach and walkable to stores and restaurants was ideal, so they could be independent when they wanted to. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool at the end of the night on many days, as well, and many families made use of the grills. Management was very accommodating and responsive, and communication was clear. The sound of the ocean (and the gorgeous sunsets) during our entire visit was the icing on the cake. We’d love to return, we adore Maui and loved our VRBO rental!

Great location but some disrepair concerns

Condo was a great location right across from Kamaole Beach. Great pool area. Able to easily walk to restaurants and bars. On day 2 our bedrooms air conditioning stopped working. My phone charger was on the same outlet and it stopped working too. It wasn’t a breaker/fuse issue. We reset them all. No electricians could come because it was the weekend. A handyman did come and brought us an extension cord to temporarily use. The furniture was dated and it just felt like the air conditioners were rigged. We went to use the pull out sofa to use while the AC was out upstairs. That wouldn’t hold air when we inflated the air mattress part.then took an act of god to get it back put away. Good communication with the office and the property manager. If all you care about is location, then this place is great. If you’re expecting your money’s worth… this may not be the place.

Spectcular view, excellent walkability and fully stocked with everything we needed!

This property was everything we hoped it would be, and more! Centrally located, steps from the beach, shops, groceries, gear rentals, and a spectacular view overlooking one of the best beaches in Kihei. We didn't miss a sunset, either from the lanai or the beach. Kamaole Beach II is the perfect location. Lots of fun sand, boogie boarding on stormy days and right beside good snorkeling on calmer days on Beach III. As for the unit: Plenty of beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gear and 2 boogie boards) meant we only had to rent the odd thing when what's there didn't fit. The unit was clean, well appointed, comfy beds, functional bathrooms, good lights and fans. AC in the main living room, master and 2nd bdr. It was well stocked with towels and toiletries left by the owner and previous tenants, including shampoo, sunscreen, aloe and even hair mousse! The kitchen was stocked with spices and cooking supplies as well which meant we didn't need to buy a whole package of spice for one meal. There was even coffee for our first morning! (Thank Gawd!) The ONLY thing I could possibly complain about with this unit was the size of the kitchen, it is a galley with only one entrance = cramped. More than one person in there was a little chaotic, but we got used to it as the week went on. I wouldn't want to give up that pantry space though, so that was a definite plus! We were very pleased with our stay here.

Great location in Kihei; not family friendly property and loud.

We've done trips to Kihei for past 10 years and this was our first in a Kihei Akahi unit. We had a great vacation but there are a few things about the property I wish I had known before: Noise: road noise is loud and hard to sleep through. Additionally there is a bar next door that is fairly loud. Property is not family friendly: you cannot splash, make "loud" noise, or use any pool toys in the pool. Try preventing your 3 and 5 year old from playing loudly or splashing in a pool, it gets exhausting and we stopped going to the pool eventually. No balls, frisbees, toys can be used on the lawns. You can only walk on them. Again, not great for a 5 year old that wants to play catch. The Kihei Akahi property manager is very serious about the rules and threatened multiple times to "shut the pool down!" The year round residents are older and do not like kids as well, multiple times they complained that noise was too loud etc. Outdated: old furniture, small TVs without any streaming capabilities, etc. A lot of Kihei units are outdated so this isn't a big deal but a TV that would let us stream a show for the kids at night would have been nice. We'd stay at Kihei Akahi again if it was just my wife again without the kids, but not this unit. Too loud for us.

Loved it as always!

Really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again next year. Location is great although this year there seemed to be a lot of noise coming from the beach park late at night. Cleaning when we checked in could have been better; was very dusty and dirty in some areas. But we love the condo and will keep coming back!!

When we arrived we saw immediately that the fans were very dirty. Fluffs were hanging off the fans. We also found a pot where still a noodle was sticking. Then it was not allowed to smoke on the patio. The best of this stay was the place, even in the night is is very loud. The road is very busy.

Excellent Location Spacious Unit

A-108 is an awesome location! It’s just steps away from the cross walk to Kam 2 and next door to Fred’s/Moose’s and other shops. It is a spacious unit with nice separation between sleeping/living area. The kitchen was nicely stocked with all utensils/dishes you would ever need. It can be loud when on the lanai as it’s right on S. Kehei rd although with the door closed it’s hardly noticeable. The upper deck is nice and spacious and offers great views but it was too hot for us to sit out there during the day. The amenities (pool/BBQ) are nice and close to the unit but be warned they are sticklers for the no jumping in the pool ;). We were there over Spring Break so there were a lot of kids at the property and the office ladies would come out all the time to tell everyone to stop jumping even if it was only kids in the pool (the pool is 8 ft deep). The upstairs would get quite hot during the day as there is only a small air conditioner in the Master (so the kids room was quite hot). Overall-we would recommend due to location/size. We ended up having a wonderful time overall. We would definitely stay again. ❤️ Maui.
