Waterfront Retreat - Profitez d'une grande détente dans le lac à l'extérieur et de jeux amusants à l'intérieur!

Grande maison au bord du lac en eau libre et l'une des rares propriétés à louer des bateaux sur place. 3 chambres / 2 salles de bain, 12 couchages. Un quai de deux étages s'étend bien sur 120 pi dans le lac pour un accÚs en eau profonde. Ascenseurs à distance sans fil pour bateaux. Douche extérieure fermée spacieuse (chaude / froide) avec une vue magnifique sur le lac pendant que vous vous baignez! Trois hamacs en corde pendent de la tonnelle et du quai pour une détente ultime. A l'intérieur, profitez du garage climatisé transformé en grotte d'homme. Jouez à la PS3 ou à la Wii sur grand écran, aux fléchettes, au ping-pong et au billard (table de billard anglaise de 10 pi x 5 pi). Profitez du confort du matelas King Tempur-Pedic dans la chambre principale. La chambre 2 a des lits superposés construits sur mesure avec 2 doubles en bas et 2 lits jumeaux en haut, la chambre 3 a un lit queen. Le canapé du salon et de la salle de jeux se transforme chacun en lits queen-size, les deux ayant un matelas tempur-pedic. Magnifique cuisine ouverte avec réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, compacteur de déchets et deux fours. Salle de lavage a laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Belle cheminée dans le salon et un grand porche sur la porte arriÚre avec des siÚges et un gril à gaz.
J'ai un tapis flottant de 21 'x 6' qui est un jouet aquatique incroyable.

Le lac est plein Ă  322 pieds d'altitude. Au 1er janvier 2019, le niveau du lac est 322. 00 qui est une piscine complĂšte.

What a view!

We love swimming, skiing, paddle boarding and relaxing at the lake. This property has a lovely view of the water and it is a short walk to the dock from the lake house. The pool table and darts were fun at night too.

Relaxing Trip To The Lake

Great place for a family vacation

John's house was perfect for our lake trip. The location was great (less crowded part of the lake) and his Man Cave gave us plenty to do once the sun went down. We rented jet skis nearby and floated in shallow area by the dock.

Celebration of Life

The property was beautiful, very manicured and fully equipped just like home. The outdoor spaces were beautiful and we enjoyed watching the kids swim and fish off the dock. We had s’mores sitting around the fire pit area and the kids loved the large swimming mat.

Great Stay!

Property was great! Booked house for my avid fisherman son and some of his friends for his birthday. We all swam and caught lots of fish. Host was super nice and responsive. We all had such a great time! Would definitely book again!

Amazing Getaway

I came at the Lake house with the intention of having the best time with my friends and I sure did. It’s a really great place and you can enjoy indoors as well as outdoors. Just loved it! And the host was wonderful too!

Wonderful place for family staycation

We had an amazing time on our staycation. The pictures don't do the house justice. Would love to return. Our 4 year old was sad when we got back home and wanted to return to the star house. Definitely recommend!

Family Vacation

We so enjoyed this rental. the homeowner so so welcoming and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. the place was clean and the game room was a Godsend. it gave the kids something to do when they had too much sun time fishing and tubing. We will deffinatly stay here again. Thank you

Excellent Property!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The owner was very nice and easy to reach. The house was wonderful, we had plenty to do with the game room and outdoor area. The dock was very nice with three ways to enter the water
which is a huge deal for us! The lake was low so we were able to touch past the end of the dock, it was a very clean area with very little rock or debris. We absolutely loved it and will book again!!

My family and I live in Dallas and we love Cedar Creek Lake! We have hosted many events at our Lake House, with many people asking if they can rent because of the fun they've had during their visit. We are excited to share our property with you! If you decided to rent my boat, I will personally come out on your arrival and show you around the property to make sure you have the best experience possible.

There is nowhere better than being on the lake and enjoying family, the lake activities and fun with friends! Living on the water gives an incredible sense of peace, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Sunsets on the lake are a favorite past-time for all of us to sit on the deck and enjoy the incredible view.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

With easy access to the lake, shadowed by the trees, facing south with a great breeze coming off the water - it keeps us cool no matter how hot it is outside and reduces the amount of bugs! Nothing could be better than knowing that we don't have to travel too far to escape to our little piece of heaven, as it is less than 1 1/2 hours from Dallas! Cedar Creek Lake is an amazing lake with so many areas to explore! Fireworks over the 4th of July can be seen from all over the lake! You don't even have to leave the back porch! Come check us out!
