Our unique space is comfortably set up for an individual or couple Work, play and stay on beautiful Monterey Bay. A very unique sunny Aptos location.
Minutes to access to Capitola Beach, Seacliff Beach, New Brighton State Beach, Seascape. Easy access to Highway 1 N and S. Restaurants, Shopping, Movie Theater, Golfing, Hiking, Biking, Farmers Market and Santa Cruz
Biking & Hiking at Nisene Marks State Park where giant coastal redwoods are abound.
With just a short walk you will be on journey to the ocean through 66 acres of natural beauty. When the ocean tides are low you can also experience walking on the beach to Capitola by the Sea or Aptos Seacliff State Beach (See map picture)
