Désolé, pas de semaines seniors.
Une maison rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e Ă  quelques pas de la plage et de la promenade! En basse saison (de la fĂȘte du Travail au Memorial Day), nous louons uniquement les deux premiers Ă©tages, soit 6 chambres et 2 salles de bains, deux cuisines et deux ponts. Pendant l'Ă©tĂ©, nous louons toute la maison: 8 chambres, 3 salles de bains, 3 cuisines, 2 terrasses, 4 parkings et 10 balises de plage.

Profitez de tout ce que Ocean City, NJ a à offrir à distance de marche. Nous venons de terminer la rénovation complÚte de la propriété et vous seriez les premiers invités à y séjourner! Une cuisine élégante et moderne avec beaucoup d'espace de comptoir. Chambres calmes et confortables avec ventilateurs de plafond et nouveaux matelas moelleux. LOVE this house!!!

Each floor is like a separate apartment with a kitchen and bathroom. Perfect for extended families and older teens/ young adults.

We were four households with our adult children and our grandkids. The kitchens have everything you need to cook in, while the location is a short walk to all the food and fun the boardwalk has to offer. The kids declared it “the best vacation ever” and we old folks had to agree!

The house is perfect for families. The separate floors allow for some alone time if needed and it is so close to boardwalk for little children.

Great place

We loved staying here. Check-in was easy and the place was clean when we arrived. You really can’t beat the location. Perfect for multigenerational get togethers. The only downside was that it could be loud downstairs from the people upstairs, but that wasn’t much of an issue for us. I would stay here again!

Excellent house/location

We stayed here for a long weekend. This house is ideal if you have more than 1 family and want everyone to have some space to spread out. The house was very clean and the Location is the best for going to beach / boardwalk. Loved the 2 decks as well!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay!!! Albert was very quick to answer our questions and was very helpful. We were a family of 16 celebrating our uncle’s very low keep hang out type birthday! There was enough space for everyone for sure!!

Great family reunion spot

16 of us (8 adult, 8 kids 0-11) stayed here for a week and had a ball! Plenty of room for being together and resting apart. Everything we needed across the kitchens to cook and eat at home. Loved hanging out on the porches. SO close to beach/boardwalk. Rent this place and you won't be sorry!

Wonderful accommodations for extended family

The house was well-stocked with dishes, comfortable furniture, beach chairs and umbrellas, and other basic necessities. The very convenient outside shower and short walk to the beach are fantastic. We enjoyed a lot of time catching up with family on the porch and in the first floor living/dining areas, but also appreciated the upstairs spaces to spread out. We very much enjoyed our stay in this house.

Great Vacay!

The house was exactly as listed. Full of amenities. ( beach chairs, toys, kites, stocked kitchen, etc) The first floor easily accommodated my family of 11 for family dinner. Very close to Boardwalk and shopping. 5 Stars!

Great location and nice house

My family of 5 and our friends who are also a family of 5 stayed here for a weekend. The house was more than we needed, well maintained, and in a great location for beach and boardwalk access. The bathrooms and kitchens were clean and look to be recently remodeled. The house is an older house but is in great shape. The renter was very easy to deal with and overall it was a great weekend. Would definitely rent this home again!!

Unfortunately, this is another greedy property owner that has gotten out of control in OCNJ. Each year the homes are in more disrepair yet the prices increase. We paid 9,500 for one week and the home has had zero maintenance or attention in years. This was so disappointing.

Summer fun :)

Very nice house with plenty of room. House was very clean and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Decks are very nice and within close walking distance to boardwalk and beach. Lots of beach toys, chairs and umbrellas available. We all had a very nice time! Thank you so much!

Great house

We were a group of 17 staying in the house in October for a wedding at the Flanders. We rented all three units. The price was right, the location was PERFECT and the house was gorgeous. We all easily fit, no one felt too crowded. We really enjoyed our stay and everyone kept saying how great it would be to be there during the summer. Would highly recommend.

Family reunion

We had a four generational family reunion for a week. The house was perfect for our purposes; everyone a a place for quiet retreat and we enjoyed the space that this rental home provided. It was close to the beach (less than a 5 minute walk). The outdoor shower was nice and it was great to have some outdoor lines to hang our towels on. Everything was exactly as advertised and we appreciated that there were no unpleasant surprises. Highly recommend!
