Ce condo spacieux, calme et lumineux au deuxiÚme étage (qui est également le dernier étage) a été rénové en 2013. Il a 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain et se compose de nouvelles armoires de cuisine, de nouveaux comptoirs de cuisine en granit, d'un nouveau tapis, d'une nouvelle peinture, de nouveaux éviers, de comptoirs de salle de bain, de baignoires et de carreaux de baignoire, de nouveaux climatiseurs, de nouveaux meubles et bien plus encore! Ce condo au deuxiÚme étage a de hauts plafonds voûtés et un grand salon / salle à manger qui crée une sensation grande, lumineuse et aérée.

Profitez de votre café du matin sur la magnifique véranda surplombant le canyon tropical composé de palmiers (dont l'un de mon beau-pÚre a planté!) et des fleurs, tout en écoutant les oiseaux chanteurs.

Le Grand Champions primĂ© dispose de 2 piscines, de barbecues au bord de la piscine, de jacuzzis, ainsi que de tennis et de golf adjacents au complexe. Nice property and good value

This is a condo in a nice area. The location is good but a bit off the beaten path. Definitely need a car. We were very happy with the accommodation and would rent here again. Owners have a nice selection of beach gear. Great value.

Wonderful property and very convenient location to McKenna Beach and Shops at Wailea and Kihei. The televisions weren’t working since their is no cable subscription or access to local channels.

Beautiful Wailea in an affordable package

Grand Champions Villas #10 was an excellent choice for our family vacation. The complex is quiet, comfortable, and located in amazing Wailea - the best area of Maui. Our condo was very well furnished to fit our family of 5. We enjoyed the snorkeling equipment, the coolers, the umbrellas and the beach towels that were provided by the host. The kitchen and the living room were a great place for us to spend family evening time after a packed day of activities. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for a relaxing Maui vacation!

Great location

The condo is very roomy with plenty of space. Comfortable beds. A great location. Walking distance to island market where we went to almost daily and snorkeling nearby. Quiet safe area. Perfect location! The beach wasn’t too windy like other parts of the island. Perfect for what we needed.

Nice unit in good location

Clean and bright unit had everything we needed for our family of five. We used the pool and barbeque regularly and the complex is close to Wailea beaches. The only negatives were the bed in the master bedroom and the Wifi. The mattress on the master bed is bad and the soft foam pad placed on top of the mattress made it so soft that it offered no support and I woke up in the middle of the night with a sore back. The rest of the stay I slept on the hide-a-bed in the main room. Not a great bed, but at least there was enough support so it didn't hurt my back. The other issue was the Wifi. It wasn't a problem to connect to the network, but the bandwidth was spotty and would regularly freeze so we had to unplug and restart it multiple times during our visit. My wife had a Zoom meeting for work and the connection kept freezing, even when we shut off all of our phones and other devices. Those should both be easily correctable issues. Overall, a nice unit.

Very quiet and private condo!

My wife and I had a fabulous stay at this clean and quiet condo. It was a real treat to sit on the lanai and be surrounded by beautiful Plumeria and palm trees. We listened to the birds chirp while drinking coffee in the morning. The condo is also well-stocked with beach items like umbrellas and boogie boards. I highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a quiet vacation!

Comfort and convenience

My high school three girl friends celebrating our 50th birthday in Hawaii and my sister, brother in-law and two nephews attending my step-niece wedding in Mail. It was super comfortable compare to our experience in big island and small space in Honolulu. Helene has all beach essentials which is a plus too. We will be glad to stay at her place again.

Good location and convenient access

Quick and honest finds for my 10 days stay. The good: Location was awesome, right by the main entrance so easy access. The Unit was quiet and right across the parking lot from the main pool and bbq. The appliances are pretty new and working great, kept our favorite Hawaiian ice cream cold and our clothes/towels clean. Bonus-Thick and huge beach towels available in the bathroom for the beach or pool. Good amount of beach gear in the closet for the beach. The Bad: The king mattress is collapsing on one side, looks like it could be the box spring. I am only 160 lbs so it wasn't me. It makes noise every time you move.There are green algae in the vents of the wall AC units.You can smell it in the air. Reminds me of a fish tank. Lastly, tiny ants on the kitchen counter. I was suspicious of why the can of ant/roach spray under the sink. Now I know why. Don't leave any open food on the counter top and take out the trash everyday. Overall experience: We had a great time and if the bad things are taken care of for the next visitors will make it a 5 star in my book. Thank you for reading!

Lovely condo

We loved the spacious clean condo. It was fully stocked with lots of dishes and glassware. We took advantage of the beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Helene was very helpful and quick to respond when we had questions. We enjoyed our stay.

Modern, comfortable, convenient yet feels secluded.

Family of 4 adults enjoyed cooking, shopping, sightseeing and beaching. Mornings and evenings were special times on the lanai. We took a bit of searching to find washer/dryer but they served us perfectly!

Amazing!

This place was absolutely lovely. The suite is huge, vaulted ceilings add to its airy feel. The rooms are both large and accommodating; kitchen is completely stocked and everything is new and clean. Two lanais, ample light, and cold AC round out this perfect place. Wailea is gorgeous, the pool (we only used the one with the hot tub) is warm and clean and peaceful, and the other guests and residents were friendly and cheerful We have not one thing we would add to enhance the experience. We will DEFINITELY be back. đŸ˜Šâ˜€ïž

Perfect for our family!

Our first trip to Maui with our 17 year old twins & we absolutely loved being there ten days! This condo was perfect & had everything we needed. The location is perfect too. We traveled all around the island and found Wailea to be the most picturesque. We also found that Ulua Beach, which is just a few minutes away in a car or a 15 minute walk, was our favorite because it wasn't crowded, had great snorkeling, showers, & some shade trees that you could sit under if you got there soon enough. Back to the condo review...we loved all the upgrades & beautiful furnishings. We thought the back patio was breathtaking. The view & privacy are unheard of with bright pink bougainvilleas, tons of plumeria, & more. We were surprised to see colorful parakeets among many other beautiful birds. From our room, we could open the shade curtains, open the huge door first thing in the morning, without anyone being able to see in while getting ready for our morning walk, start the coffee in our own kitchen, & sneak out without waking grumpy teens. Then we drove down to Ulua & took the beautiful walking path. If you go right you walk on a long beach lined with amazing houses with kind neighbors playing with their adorable puppies (Mokapu I think). One day we went all the way to Kamaole III Beach following the Eddie Pu Trail. Along the shoreline we could see dolphins playing in the ocean. If you take the trail from Ulua Beach to the left, you will follow a well designed path that is stunning but is loaded with many runners. It was beautiful, but not as relaxing watching people run, listening to people huff & puff, & feeling the sweat fall on you from time to time lol. The two pools are very close to the condo & were also very beautiful. Both had two very nice barbeques. The closest pool is one that accommodates children while the one not much further away is reserved for adults who like it more quite, but I guess some people there couldn't read...gosh I hate using a pool with a 2 year old wearing a swim diaper...oh well...why be at the pool when you can be at the beach. I'd recommend this condo for anyone. Very thoughtfully stocked, beautiful, & Helene was a sweetheart to work with. I'm just worried when we want to come back, this one will be booked up. Great price & perfect!

Loved everything about your lovely condo. Close to wailea stores and restaurants. Your home was well equipped with kitchen utensils, toilet towels, laundry and dryer facility, Internet access, distance between two bedrooms to give everyone the privacy. We especially liked the beach chairs that we took to the big beach on multiple occasions. We would love to come back again.

Enjoyable Experience

The condo was great! We shared the condo with another couple and the layout of the condo made it perfect for sharing. We felt like we had enough privacy when we wanted it but shared a nice common space with the kitchen and livingroom. The complex is walking distance from the Wailea shops and other restaurants. There are two pools to choose from and the grounds are very well kept. We enjoyed our stay very much, thank you for the accommodations. We would definitely stay there again when we come back.

Great condo!

We had a great experience at this condo and it was very affordable for Wailea. We liked having the doors and window to the lanai open with the trees full of birds just outside, and no neighbor condos able to peer into our unit. The unit has quite a few odds and ends (cleaners, stain remover, band aids, alcohol) around in the closets and drawers that were very useful and saved trips to the store to buy and then only use a small amount.

Great condo,Beautiful surroundings, Great Location

My husband & myself along with my sister and her husband stayed about 9 days(not long enough).Our main reason for this trip was my son's wedding but it was also a fabulous vacation. My husband & I walked the boardwalk, almost every day and the scenery is absolutely beautiful. This condo is in a great location with The Shops of Wailea just below and several restaurants, Bar & Grills near by; like Joe's Bar and Grill, Monkeypod Wailea, Mulligans on the Blue - Irish Restaurant and Bar and more. Also enjoyed the quiet pool and the use of the barbecues at either pool. The condo is spacious and found it to be very quiet. Enjoyed the lanai listening to the birds in the morning and again in the late afternoon. Also Helene(owner) was so helpful, friendly and accommodating; so appreciative. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!!

Great condo in beautiful Wailea

My wife, our two teenage daughters, and their teenage friend stayed in the condo for a week and we were completely happy with it. And the price was very good by Wailea standards. We would recommend the condo to anyone.

Great location; great price; perfect that every room has their own a/c. No complaints of any sorts. Owner was very accommodating when asked if we could check in earlier than 1600, as our flight arrived at 1100. She said no problem!

Terrific condo in every way!

My husband, two adult daughters and I spent 11 fantastic days in this Wailea rental. We rented the 2 bedroom 2 bath option which gave us lots of space and privacy. My daughter who lives on Maui, recommended the Wailea area and the condo's location is spectacular. It is a light airy space with fans that provided ample cooling the entire stay. We walked and drove to the beach and shopping. The beach supplies were truly helpful and appreciated. The owners were very friendly, responsive and helpful with suggestions for golf. We really enjoyed the lanai and pool which is very close to the condo. The weather is amazing on this part of the island. The condo rental rate is reasonable and our deposit was returned in a very timely manner. We would definitely recommend this rental and hope we have the opportunity to enjoy it again ourselves.

This Grand Champions condo has been in the family for 25 years. Sylvia, Bruce's mother, relocated back to San Diego to spend time with family. Helene and Bruce then remodeled and began renting the unit. Rachel, Helene and Bruce's daughter and Sylvia's granddaughter, has taken over the handling of reservations as of March 2019. We all love this condo and would like to retain this family legacy on Maui for our children, grandchildren, and others to enjoy.

After Helene and Bruce enjoyed a marvelous vacation in Maui in 1989, Bruce encouraged his parents to travel to this beautiful island. To help the reluctant travelers, he planned the itinerary, down to the best beaches for swimming and snorkeling. At an early morning breakfast, looking out over the calm Pacific waters, his parents decided to move from the 'cold ocean and bitter San Diego winters' to swim and snorkel year round in the 'warm waters of paradise'. That was 25 years ago!
