Removed from the central hub of Kihei, yet within 5 minute drive to all necessities. Best location in Kihei in our opinion. Convenience store, produce market and bakery across the street. Endless beach for morning walks. Very quiet even though it backs a main thoroughfare.

Relaxing Maui Stay

We loved this place. It was close to most everything we wanted to do. Great restaurants, tours, the mountains, and the aquarium. The beach was long and not crowded. We watched whales, turtles, and sting rays from the balcony. I would highly recommend this place and would return here, when we come back.

Our condo & the property were amazing. Dealing with the property management company was great, I plan to be back & rent from Ali’s Resorts again. I will probably call them directly to book next time.

The unit is clean and updated. We did request a sharp knife so we could cut local pineapples, and it was delivered the same day! The staff was very helpful and provided great service.

PERFECT ANNIVERSARY GETAWAY

Location is wonderful. I watched the outriggers pass every morning from my lanai because the condo is right on the beach. My husband and I walked a mile on the beach every day and swam in the evening in the pool. I was even able to get a book from the library on site and it was a smoke-free building. A farmers market was across street and close to onramp to Piilani Hwy. GREAT PLACE.

Beautiful beach front stay

My fiance really enjoyed our stay. We took advantage of the beautiful beach right out front with the beach chairs and beach towels provided! We could hear the waves the entire time sitting in our living room. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. There's a farmers market and the best shaved ice across the street. The communication was more than spectacular! We can't wait to return!

Fantastic!

This is a clean, “cozy”, updated, well-appointed 3rd floor condo on Sugar Beach. It has a private lanai, and since the [older] building is next door to the Kihei Canoe Club, you can watch outriggers race by while you enjoy your morning coffee. There is a nice pool and a grassy area to lounge on (though the lounge chairs are a bit tired), or take 10 more steps and you’re on a mellow, swimable, family-friendly beach. Plus, the management staff was courteous and communicative throughout our stay.

Great experience for a quiet vacation

This property is an excellent, comfortable and well equipped condo. The pictures posted reflect reality. My wife and I had a great time. This was very quiet and comfortable. We highly recommend this location and we look forward to a return trip. We had beautiful sunsets and only feet away from the water's edge. The location is approximately 3 miles from the center of Kihei. Right across the street is the ABC store, small farmers market (Mon - Fri) and a small bakery shop,

Perfect condo beautiful view love this place

We stayed 7 days here and loved it so much we are already planning staying here again next year! Bed very comfortable, plenty of storage, we had our morning coffee each morning on the deck and what a perfect way to sit and listen to the ocean, so quiet and peaceful. From the moment we called to check in we were greeted by a very pleasant lady that was very helpful to the. Ice lady at the front desk everyone is so helpful and welcoming. I truly can't say anything negative about our stay. Can't wait to see you all next year. Mohalo

Exceptional experience from booking to checkout.

The management company was friendly, helpful, patient, and kind. The booking, pre-trip planning, check in process, and everything in between was easy. Someone even called me to make sure everything was up to par. The unit was clean and well stocked with the perfect ocean front view. I loved sitting on the patio everyday.

Wonderful Stay

What a great property in a very nice location. The condo is far enough from downtown Kihei that you feel secluded but close enough where you can get anywhere you need. This place is well equipped and stocked with essentials for living everyday life. The sunset views are amazing. We look forward to goi back to this property. We have only been gone a few hours and we miss it already.
