Retraite familiale et détente sur le lac Balsam.

Un trajet rapide de 15 heures Ă  proximitĂ© des villes jumelĂ©es et vous y retrouverez la sensation nordique. Balsam Lake est un lac de premier ordre qui a beaucoup Ă  offrir. Le lac est 1901 acres de grande pĂȘche, plusieurs Ăźles, plage publique parfaite pour une escapade estivale. Bateau pour l'un des nombreux restaurants sur le lac et un accĂšs facile Ă  la marina. Ce lac est relaxant avec tout ce qu’il a Ă  offrir.

Installez-vous confortablement prĂšs du feu de joie donnant sur le lac et Ă©coutez la faune chanter. Nous aimons regarder le lac Ă  toute heure et chaque fois nous saisissons quelque chose de diffĂ©rent. Balancez-vous dans le hamac qui surplombe le lac ou allongez-vous simplement et dĂ©tendez-vous sur le pont assis. Une brise parfaite vous frappe de tous les cĂŽtĂ©s, l’odeur de l’étĂ© est dans l’air.

La cabine est un accĂšs facile Ă  une histoire. c'est environ 1000 pieds carrĂ©s avec des Ă©quipements mis Ă  jour. Asseyez-vous sur le pont qui surplombe le lac. Dans la cabine, nous avons tout mis Ă  jour pour rendre le sĂ©jour encore plus facile. En tant que mĂšre de 3 enfants, l’un de mes principaux besoins Ă©tait une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse dans la salle de bain. La cabine a 2 chambres, 1 bain et un canapĂ©-lit dans le porche. La cuisine est Ă©quipĂ©e de tout ce dont vous avez besoin. C'est un excellent espace pour divertir votre famille. Beaucoup de places de stationnement dans l'allĂ©e sinueuse. Je suis tout au sujet de confort quand je marche le lac.

Il y a une entrĂ©e publique si vous dĂ©cidez d'apporter votre bateau ou vous pouvez louer le nĂŽtre moyennant des frais supplĂ©mentaires. Il y a tellement de choses que je pourrais continuer Ă  ajouter avec les avantages, mais je laisserai les images parler d'elles-mĂȘmes!

Rest & Relaxation @ Balsam Lake

My husband and I had a truly enjoyable time at the Balsam Lake Cabin. It was the prefect size for the two of us with everything we needed for relaxing. The outdoor areas of the property were absolutely perfect. You can see a lot of thought and care went into planning the outdoor areas. It was just what we needed; reading and relaxing under the shade trees in the morning and then floating in the lake in the afternoon. Would definitely choose this location again!

Perfect family weeklong getaway

My husband, toddler, dog, and I all loaded up the car and went up north this past week. The owner has a pontoon you can rent and we had fun putting over to the beach and waterside restaurants. There is a wildlife feeding area a half hour away where you can feed deer, donkeys, and ponies to name a few. My son and I swam in the lake by the dock every day. At night, there is WiFi so you can stream shows if you want. Although, I highly recommend bringing a hammock and enjoying the gorgeous sunset and blue heron calls, instead. If you are into grilling, they have an instant start Weber that my husband loved so much, I am pretty sure we will be purchasing soon. There is a large trampoline in the back yard that is perfect for mornings while the lake is warming up. We easily could have stayed another week. We really hope to be back!!!

Family Time

Melissa's property was perfect for our family. She communicated quickly and was so sweet! The lake itself is wonderful for boating, fishing, and swimming. The town of Balsam Lake is a short drive and has everything you need. The cabin and grounds were awesome! The kitchen has everything you need, there are lots of games, and the washer and dryer are such a great bonus! I love everything about Melissa's place and can't wait to go back. Thank you Melissa!

Wonderful cabin on the lake

The cabin was exactly as described. We had everything we needed for a relaxing girls getaway. Kitchen well equipped, comfortable beds and an incredible view are just a few of the great things about this cabin. So many places to enjoy the property. I definitely recommend this retreat!

Wisconsin Get-Away

My family had a wonderful time staying on Balsam Lake. Property was clean with all expected amenities. The fishing was excellent and the available pontoon for rent made lake access easy. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to get away for a few days with a family of four!

Private and spacious

Family of 4, plenty of room. Lots of seating areas, nice dock for our boat. Only downside was low water pressure. Showers were a trickle. Everything else was very nice. I’d stay there again!

Beautiful lake!

Balsam Lake is gorgeous! Jumping off the dock into the clean water is a blast for all ages! The cabin is great too. The fridge was leaking inside but it sounds like a new one is coming. The beds were very comfy. All the seating options outside were great even though a few chairs around the fire pit were broken. The pontoon boat ran great and was so fun to use to explore the lake, drop the anchor and swim, or drive up to the lodge for dinner. It is really beat up inside but it serves its purpose! Overall it was a really wonderful lake vacation!

Our family of five had a great weekend at the cabin! The owners were easy to work with, quick to respond and the kids had a blast on the boat and jumping off the floating dock. Would recommend and would stay here again!

Fantastic getaway

Great cozy cabin in a great location. Swimming and sunsets from the dock were perfect and just what we needed. Definitely recommend loading up on essential groceries before arrival, closest “real” one is about 20 minutes away and a bit pricey by comparison. All in all the cabin was great and we can’t wait to come back!

property was on a nice part of Balsam Lake. Overall things were ok. Lighting inside is dark and could use more working lites. Some of the windows were not operable, with the bathroom not having windows for fresh air. Beds were good. Outdoor patio needed to be cleaned a bit better. Overall an okay place to stay, but didn't wow me for the price.

Awesome cabin to stay at!

Exactly as described. Melissa was awesome with communicating. Cabin was clean, and had every thing we needed for a three night stay! Bass fishing was fantastic, only recommendation for people brining boats is make sure your bumpers are the very thick/wide kind. The dock is nice and brand new, which means that the posts are the newer wider plastic ones. It got pretty nasty one night, and unfortunately my bumpers weren't thicker than the dock posts, so the boat took a beating which was my fault! Just hoping to avoid it happening to someone else 😅

Great weekend at Balsam!

This cabin is perfect! Easy to get to from the cities and has all the amenities you could want. We absolutely loved all the outdoor space (so much seating!) and couldn't get enough of the view. The dock wasn't in yet for the season but sounds like it will be ASAP! Can't wait to go back!

We loved this place!

Melissa was great with communication.. The cabin was adorable and had a great outdoor area with seating for everyone. The deck, the fire pit, the comfortable chairs for taking in a sunset. We rented the speed boat for the week and the pontoon for one day, both were easy and great for the kids. The kitchen had just about everything we needed. There is plenty of space between you and the neighbors and plenty of parking. Thank you so much for providing such a fantastic setting for family memories.. We're looking forward to coming back next year..
