The local Marina (Sunnyside Marine) has boats, pontoons, and other water toys to rent for water fun! There are 2 restaurants that you can access by boat, from the lake.

The renowned tourist destination of the Village of Balsam Lake, features fine dining, casual eateries, a brewery, a museum, a public beach. and over 50 businesses providing a vast array of services. There are several golf courses within minutes, and 1 within walking distance.

In addition to all the cabin's amenities and sleeping for up to 8, ( 4 in the cabin and 4 in the bunkhouse) enjoy a flat grassy lawn for yard games, a fire pit perfect for those moon lit nights, and a dock that provides a place to bring your boat, fantastic swimming and fishing. Sit back and unwind on the spacious deck while grilling your favorite BBQ meals. Take in the sights of water life, listen to the beautiful call of the loons. while relaxing just feet away from the water.
You're renting one side of a waterfront twin home. You have your own entrance, dock, deck, grill and your side of the large grassy flat yard and living space. There are 2 parking spots available for you.
