Our spacious apartment is located on the top floor (penthouse) – which means for you: maximum peace and quiet, no neighbors above you, and an undisturbed, elevated view. Built to the future-oriented KfW 55 energy standard, the accommodation combines sustainability with pure comfort. Underfloor heating throughout the entire apartment ensures cozy warmth in winter, while the excellent insulation guarantees a pleasant coolness in summer. Thanks to the modern construction method, you will enjoy an exceptionally healthy and allergy-friendly indoor climate.

The View: A breathtaking panoramic view of the Ammergau and Lechtal Alps, as well as the world-famous Neuschwanstein Castle in the distance, awaits you from the balcony.

Due to the top-floor location and the many floor-to-ceiling windows, all rooms are wonderfully bright and welcoming:

Bedroom 1 (King's View): Equipped with a comfortable double bed (180x200cm) and an additional single bed (90x200cm). A spacious wardrobe offers plenty of room for your luggage. A cozy seating option and a floor-to-ceiling window with a French balcony complete the room.

Bedroom 2 („Flexi-Twin“): Ideal for children or friends. Here you will find three single beds (90x200cm), two of which can be flexibly pushed together to form a comfortable twin/double bed. A large wardrobe, a cozy seating area, and a French balcony also await you here.

The Welcome: Right upon arrival, the spacious hallway wardrobe with a separate cupboard and a full-length mirror ensures order and convenience from the very first second.

The generous, open living and dining area is the perfect meeting point for the whole family. From here, you have direct access to the top-floor balcony to enjoy the incomparable Alpine panorama and the view of Neuschwanstein Castle.

Nothing is missing here! Dishwasher, 4-zone ceramic hob, oven, large refrigerator with freezer compartments, toaster, and a classic filter coffee machine. A special extra: A SodaStream is ready for you, so you don't have to carry heavy crates of water.

For Little Guests
