Beautiful home and location

My husband and I rented this property for a month and it was such a great stay! I’m pretty OCD about my living space and this home was beautiful and clean. Location was amazing for walking and biking to all the local shops and restaurants . Would definitely stay here again.

San Diego work trip

Close to downtown and beaches. Beautiful house with ample room for 5 adults to unwind after a hard days work. All the tools need to be a home away from home. Host was super attentive and responded to all requests expeditiously. Will stay again when needed. Thanks John!

V.comfortable house in a great location!

What a wonderful place to call home for a few months. The landlord was great and always on hand to answer any questions we had. Very comfortable and nicely furnished property, with great access to all of Coronado on the bikes provided with the rental. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and great living room space to relax in. Sunny back courtyard with table and chairs for eating outside in the evenings. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again in the future.

Beautifully Restored Historic Home!

This home was beautifully restored with amazing upgrades. The character of the home stills shows through, but the kitchen and bathrooms were redone beautifully. The location of the home is perfectly set on the island close to the bridge to miss traffic, but close to everything on the island. My family walked or biked everywhere on the island and really enjoyed the neighborhood. The owner is so accommodating and really makes you feel at home. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay on the island!

This home was painstakingly restored and it shows! A lovely family home in a historic neighborhood perfectly suited to living the authentic Coronado lifestyle while enjoying creature comforts like beautifully appointed bathrooms, a brand new kitchen, grill area, bicycles for cruising around and more. Fantastic Coronado Home

My family stayed in this house in July and the house was as advertised and much more. The house is basically brand new and well appointed throughout with all new kitchen, bath, appliances, etc. Unlike many rental properties this property does not feel like a rental at all but rather someone's home. Layout is perfect for family with kids including entire third floor loft for older kids w/DTV and DVR. Home is well located on the island only a few blocks from the park. Owner provided everything inlcuding all necessary beach stuff, cruisers, etc. Owner lives on the island and is very responsive which is a big plus compared to other properties on the island handled by realtors. We have been coming to Coronado every summer for many years and this house is at the top of our list. We will definitely rent again.

Wonderful Rental Experience

My family recently spent the Independence Day holiday week at this brand new, fully restored Coronado masterpiece. The property was absolutely amazing! It exceeded our expectations and was perfect for our family vacation. The house was centrally located and was a short walk to restaurants, beach, grocery and shopping. The owners literally thought of everything guests could need! (Beach towels, dishes, flat screen tv's with directv premium satellite channels and lots of sleeping space (including a loft with 2 additional twin beds for the kids). We will definitely return next year!!

Created a brand new interior top to bottom while maintaining the historic home structure and beauty for the neighborhood and built to last another 100 years. Located on a street of wonderful Coronado homes. A Avenue runs across the Island and you can see the Hotel Del Coronado at the end of the avenue and Downtown San Diego across the bay on the other end.
