Dreher Dreams log cabin , is a newer constructed log cabin with both lake and equestrian decor. It is located right next to Dreher Island State Park so you can walk into the Park and enjoy the nature trails with wonderful panoramic water views. The kidos will enjoy the NEWLY INSTALLED PLAYGROUND! Enjoy amazing views from the comfort of our cabin and a wonderful variety of wildlife including bald eagles, herons, egrets, songbirds, deer, ducks and geese. Fishing is great right off the dock! (See pics) and a boat ramp is inside the Park just minutes away with a 5 minute boat ride back to the dock. 2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, 2 fishing poles and tackle box are available for your pleasure. Cabin is wheelchair accessible for a senior citizen through the back porch off the driveway. ( see pic #7 right rear of house by screened porch). Shower transfer bench and bedside commode available if needed with tub grab bars. Electric at dock and exterior to charge boats . With wide water views and both sunrise and sunset views, my wife Teresa and I (rather than property managers unfamiliar with a property) want to ensure your vacation makes everlasting memories!

The cabin is gorgeous! The host were great and left a card and a gift! Plenty of space and beds. The lake and fire pit area are gorgeous in the fall. It's a perfect place to relax. A couple restaurants within 10 minutes away.

This cabin delivers on every level! The view is amazing, the location right next to the state park made boat ramp access a breeze and the home was so well appointed it felt like we were staying at a friend’s house, not a rental. It was so fun looking at all the lake-themed decor (especially all the unique table lamps) and the kitchen lacked nothing. All the home’s features were clearly communicated which made settling in quick and easy. We loved being right on the lake, and having our own dock in a quiet cove. It was so relaxing and quiet, a perfect setting to truly unwind. Unlike some rental homes on Lake Murray, this truly felt like a mountain cabin escape, not a traditional house, which was fun and relaxing. We can’t say enough about the owners, whose communication was top notch! They literally thought of everything, and then some! The cabin is curated so thoughtfully that you feel really cared for. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for hosting us!

This property was absolutely beautiful. Everything was clean and very well stocked with anything you would need and then some. We were a party of 6 adults for a fishing tournament and had 3 trucks and 3 boats and parking was easily accommodated. Our host were always quick to respond with any inquiries we had and full of information about the area and where things were located. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend this location !!!!!

Wow, look no further. Just book this gorgeous home. This is one of the best VRBOs I have ever booked. The pots and pans are new and clean! They provide spices, wraps, baggies, and even NEW tupperware. They provide toiletries! The hosts have thought of everything and provided so many wonderful touches. This is a very comfortable, seemingly brand new home, lovingly decorated, with a wonderful firepit, and endless lake views. It was so quiet and peaceful. The hosts even provide beach towels, water toys, kayaks and paddle boards. Ron and Teresa are SUPER responsive and it is clear they love their home. Bravo and 5 stars. Seriously, just book it - you won't be sorry!!!!!

Absolutely perfect!

Everything was on spot! We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! My sister caught a giant fish, which made her week! The house was immaculate and fully stocked, and the view was amazing.

We enjoyed living in our dream lake log cabin until October 2021 when we returned back to NJ to provide oversight and care to Teresa's parents until they passed in 2025. We have since relocated back to SC and will enjoy helping make your vacation memorable!
