This was one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed in the view of St. George was beautiful. It was a beautiful condo and the property managers were extremely friendly. Highly recommend staying here

We enjoyed our stay there very much. The place was very cute with artsy decorations and very comfortable furniture. Easy to get to. Lovely swing and view outside.

Clean and comfortable stay

The space was perfect for our needs. When the power went out the host was at our door with candles and supplies to get us through. It was super clean and comfortable. We will stay here again!

A very wonderful visit at a great condo

We got in town quite late but we got the door code from the owners and it was simple to get moved in. The club house had lots of things for us to enjoy, and the hot tub came in very useful. We loved the large king beds and all the kitchen tools we needed. Internet was great as was the cable tv. We will be back.

Nice place with nice host. Address showed up incorrectly making check in difficult. I was not sure where I was supposed to be.

Confusing email and texts

We enjoyed our stay there once we figured out where we were staying. We received an email a few days before arriving telling us the address of our VRBO. The email also told us to stop at a different address to pick up the keys. When we picked up the keys we found out that we were staying at this house, not the first address they gave us. So totally confused about where we were staying. They also sent us a text, while we were traveling, on how to find the address to pick up the keys. Not helpful. We just used Apple Maps to find it. Property was clean and comfortable.

Great place near Green Valley

My friend and I stayed here last year to do some mountain biking, and loved this basement apartment. It was available again for another trip we did a few weeks ago. This is a great place. It's nice to have 2 rooms each with their own bathroom, and a nice kitchen and living area. It has a nice view. You can also ride straight to Zen, Barrell, Bear Claw Poppy, and other green valley trails. The owners are great too.

Overall the property was ok but the internet connection does not have good connection, it needs to be improved. Also would be nice if there was access to a pool nearby which there is not. It is not currently listed as a amenity but some of the reviews seem to indicate there is one.

at one time we did have membership with a clubhouse and pool but new management did not make it available. we upgraded internet to TDS with gigabite speeds.

Great place to stay

Owners Bob & Rose very friendly and accommodating. Gave us a dozen eggs when we could not get them due to corona-virus grocery depletion. Bob also gave us a loaf of fresh baked bread. Yum! Apartment had all the comforts of home. Patio with BBQ and a wonderful view.

Quiet, Clean, and Comfortable

Roseanne and her husband are the perfect hosts. Everything in the place was as pictured. Very cute decor including Roseann’s own art work. Great view of Saint George. Comfortable beds. Everything you need for a great getaway.

Splendid Basement Apartment

It wasn't quite clear to me from the description that this was a basement apartment it a bigger house. Very nice place though, we did not want to leave. Well decorated and super comfy living room. Well equipped kitchen for cooking. Awesome walkout patio with porch swing/bed, grill and spectacular views. The master shower was amazing.

Beautiful and spacious condo

This well-kept and spacious condo was clean and well-stocked. We brought our family of six, and there was plenty of room for all to relax and spread out in. The kids had a blast at the clubhouse, pool and basketball court-there was something for everyone to enjoy. The owners are very friendly, and respond in a timely manner. We felt welcome and at home during our stay.

Would definitely stay again!

It was such a very clean and comfortable condo to stay in! The fact that it had two King beds is what sold us to begin with. It was in a great location also, close to great hiking destinations! The pools were near by and added to the enjoyment of our stay. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Roseann and Bob for keeping such a nice rental property!

a great base for mt biking and hiking....

We stayed here [two couples] in Oct 2015 and loved the place.Things we liked; two comfortable king beds,well stocked kitchen,beautiful view of the pool from our balcony,heated pool and hot tub,well appointed gym, 2 squash courts,great mountain bike trails nearby [the trail head is a 3 minute bike ride from the condo], a short drive to Snow Canyon [for hiking],a short drive to downtown St George [for sightseeing]. However the most important thing is that owners Rose and Bob are nearby and are extremely pleasant and helpful should you need anything. We would stay here again.

The condo was great. It was comfortably decorated and had all of the kitchen essentials we needed. There were also toiletries available. We had a great time at the pool and clubhouse. We would stay there again.
