Relaxation!

This property exceeded our expectations. The gulf views are amazing. It was so nice to have a private boat ramp, boat slip, and direct access to the gulf. We are planning to reserve for our end of summer vacation with the grandkids.

Great place and beautiful view

The accommodations were exactly as offered. A beautiful place to enjoy a sunset and see the water. The only issue we had was the air conditioning was not working properly and the manager never responded to my request to have it looked at while we were there staying. Other than that, I would recommend staying here at this location.

My wife and I visited family in the area, and we were very pleased to find this property! Very quiet and peaceful and it had the “all important elevator”, for us! Very nice property with excellent views and amazing sunsets. We are very pleased to have found the property and the owner communications were great. We had everything we needed for contactless checking and checkout! Another Plus was Perfect October Weather!

Amazing condo with amazing views!

My family and I absolutely LOVED this condo! Amazing views of the river and gulf throughout the condo. The condo is very roomy. All 3 bedrooms are large, the kitchen is huge and so is the living and dining room spaces. Large patio is a wonderful place to spend time watching the boats and the birds, and of course beautiful sunsets over the Gulf. There isn't another building between you and the horizon to spoil the view. Very clean and nicely decorated. Private and quiet. Easiest possible check in and check out. Emily is great! We will definitely be back here multiple times a year!

Needs a little attention

We would have loved for our grandchildren to use the pool but the algae was terrible. The king bed makes you sweat and the queen is low to the ground so difficult to get in and out of. The front door would not lock. Ice maker frozen over. View was awesome, would stay again if some things were corrected.

Breathtaking view of the ocean and River

Check-in process was great the property manager was very informative and easy to get a hold of enjoyed our stay very much the wind blew a little bit while we were there but we're able to catch fish right off the dock had a great time everyone enjoyed themselves. Looking forward to coming back again next year.

Amazing Views with A Beautiful Clean Condo

Our family spent a wonderful Thanksgiving here! You cannot ask for a better view in Steinhatchee. The condo was immaculately clean and super spacious. Every amenity you could possibly need is right at your fingertips. We have stayed in many condos over the last 30 years in this quaint fishing town, and this is by far our favorite. We will definitely be renting this again.

Fishing weekend

Condo was comfortable and great location. Kitchen needs better cleaning. Refrigerator had food left from previous renters that I had to throw out the grill had not been cleaned was very dirty so we had to clean it before we could cook. Living and bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Would stay again just recommend more attention to the kitchen

Always a great time -- Perfect access to the Gulf

I've rented from this owner for several years now over several properties, and she is the best in Steinhatchee. Easy to work with and the place is always immaculate when we arrive. The condo has gobs of room, and it's a comfortable place to call home for a few days. The docks are in good shape and you can't beat the proximity to the Gulf of Mexico. The kids love the pool, and the grownups love the sunsets from the balcony.

Breath Taking Getaway

This condo is even more beautiful in person. Six of us spent two fabulous days here. The view is absolutely the best in Steinhatchee, the condo is wonderfully decorated. The beds are comfortable and the condo is quiet and private. We all wished we could have stayed one more day.
