Ceci est une unité avec vue sur l'océan au dernier étage avec une excellente vue sur l'océan et surplombe la piscine. C'est l'une des nombreuses unités les plus agréables que nous possédons ou gérons, y compris les unités de front de mer de deux chambres, les unités de front de mer de 1 chambre et les unités de vue sur l'océan de 1 chambre. Il est entiÚrement équipé pour un séjour confortable de plusieurs jours à un mois ou plus. N'oubliez pas de regarder la visite vidéo. Le lien vers la vidéo est la flÚche ou l'image partielle à gauche de l'image principale ci-dessus. La vidéo donne une visite complÚte et montre à quel point ce condo est agréable. Si celui-ci n'est pas disponible pour les dates dont vous avez besoin, l'un de nos autres l'est probablement, car nous avons 12 unités d'une chambre avec vue sur l'océan, 6 unités d'une chambre avec vue sur l'océan et 4 unités de deux chambres avec vue sur l'océan disponibles, toutes répertoriées sur VRBO.

Le récif de Kona est à seulement 1 1/2 pùté de maisons de la ville, vous n'avez donc pas à conduire chaque fois que vous voulez aller dans un restaurant ou une boutique. C'est l'endroit idéal à Kona, à un prix modéré pour s'adapter à votre budget.

La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec tout pour un séjour confortable, et dispose de tous les appareils et petits électroménagers que vous pourriez souhaiter.

La chambre est spacieuse, tout comme le salon et la salle à manger. Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse dans l'unité. L'interurbain gratuit vers le continent américain et le Canada est inclus, et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite est également fournie.

What a fabulous place and spectacular views. Had everything we needed for our stay. Had all amenities from toiletries, dishes, cookware (altho we didn’t cook). Bed was comfortable. Had everything we needed for the pool and beach: towels, chairs, snorkel equipment cooler tho we had our own. Pool area was great, clean and well maintained. The complex was quiet. Location was great- walking distance to Kailua Kona downtown all shops and restaurants and centrally located for all of our day trips. There was ample parking: surface or garage. Our host was prompt in answering a few questions before we got there. Just the Perfect size for 2, altho it could sleep 4. Would highly recommend this condo and would go back. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing vacation.

Amazing Island! Unit needs improvement

Big Island is an amazing island. My husband and I have been to all the islands and we actually think that this is the best of all of them. Less expensive. Affordable. Sooo calm. We love the location of this condo, it has an amazing view of the ocean. What you see in the picture is 100% accurate of what you’ll expect in person. The downside is we didn’t like the unit so much. It highly needs improvement, it’s old and needs cleanliness. If you’re in a low budget and looking for something last minute, this is the place. My husband and I chose this unit because we were literally booking last minute and I grabbed this so quick and plus it’s inexpensive. However, when we got to the unit, we feel we should’ve booked somewhere else. There’s bugs, and there’s cockroach as well in our unit. I freaked out! It was big and on the wall! I reached out to our host and Ken responds very well and he’s on top of it. Within minutes, the maintenance guy came and take care of the pest. Ken is a very good host!!! He’s the best! The only thing is the unit needs to be properly cleaned and maybe change a lot of things inside. When we came, there’s a dead bug laying in our bathroom and that right away is a disappointment, but overall, our stay was well accommodated. Great view!! Great location, super close to downtown. We walked to go shopping, eat and have dinner, etc. Plus, Magic Sands Beach is also super close here, we’re able to enjoy the beach too without driving far!

Pros:-Location, location, location
quick walk to town and the complex has all the amenities needed.-Lots of cabinet space in the kitchen and bathroom.-Included all of the basics needed for indoor and outdoor cooking along with plates/containers, etc.Cons:-The unit has A/C but only in the living room. You need to run fans in the bedroom to keep it semi-comfortable.-The unit has a king size bed but it is rickety and un-comfortable.-There are NO beach chairs/umbrellas to use so you need to spend another 100 for those.-It supposedly has cable TV but couldn’t get the remote control to actually work. (Zero directions)-Checkout is actually 10:00a even though the directions state 10:30a

Love this property!

This was my 9 time to Kona & have mostly stayed at the Kona Reef. Love the property & the location. This condo was great. Beautiful view. Well stocked kitchen etc. Would have been nice to have beach chairs which other places have had, but otherwise no complaints. Mahalo!

Beautiful Sunsets

I will definitely book this unit again! Everything was as listed and we had a wonderful time. Everything was comfortable, well appointed and our communications with the owner were responded to immediately. I love Hawai’i and would find this unit comfortable enough to live in full time!!

Great Location

Overall the place is fantastic. Right next door to a beautiful beach. Air Conditioner keeps the front room cool and the bedroom was not cold but cool enough.

Nice time.

We had a nice time and this was a comfortable place to stay. Could use a bit of a refresh but nothing major. It was my first time staying in Kailua-Kona and it is a bit of a zoo for our taste. Next time I will probably look for a place outside the core area. Did have a nice visit overall, went for a great hike on the Jurassic Trail, a beautiful tropical forest loop of about 3.5 miles. Warning though, lots of rocks and roots so poles recommended for older hikers

.abysmal lighting in kitchen, had to add table lamp to top of fridge.Kitchen faucet threatened to come off unless positioned just right. Needed more flatware and a few extra mugs
..not vital, but could be improved on.saucepans in good condition.Towel rail in bathroom screwed into hollow door so it fell off. Nice to have a bath tub but no plug and grungy looking with mildew, not inducive to sitting in tub.Large storage closet badly in need of clearing out as it was crammed full of old beach gear. High window in bedroom needed blackout shades as outside light from external path meant room was still in half light at nights. All these are easily remedied

Bathroom has cracked tiles, bathtub moldy, kitchen sink faucet had to be repeatedly turned off or it just ran, cookware worn out, ac only in living room,not bedroom. All beach chairs full of rust. Living room shades wouldn't close all the way due to rust built up on rail, front door screen door knob fell off in our hand, pool and bar b q and view were excellent. So very disappointed. Feel we should get some sort of refund. Not to mention cable tv was terrible.

Convenient nice stay

Conveniently located with a good view. The mattress is very outdated and needs replacing. Communication with owner was non existent but also not required or necessary, just unusual from other previous VRBO stays.

Great location

Hello, we recently spent a week at this unit. Mostly appointed as advertised. Unit is quite except for street and road noise from the bedroom as you'll probably want the windows open. The Air conditioning system in lacking and while the unit is clean on the surface it could use a real deep clean, carpet picture frames, window screens and bath fan were kind of gross. Location is great as you can walk to town.

View can’t be beat

This is second time we’ve enjoyed a staycation here. Some elements of the condo are tired, but we’ve noticed a few upgrades since last time. New refrigerator, Spectrum Wi-Fi & TV package recently installed & kitchen organized nicely. The pool area is always pristine and the view is spectacular. We always enjoy our meals on the lanai. Check in/out is easy.

Great location

The condo location was perfect. You could see surfers from the balcony and it was a short walk to restaurants and shops. Everything in the apartment was functional, so we had a great stay. Light sleepers, you can hear some road noise in the bedroom.
