Girlfriend weekend

We had a wonderful 3 night stay! This was our second year in a row to book this perfect beach house. Everything was clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. We plan to make this an annual girlfriend getaway!

Return to Galveston

We stayed at this property last summer and happily returned again this June. The home is still in great shape, only complaint was that there were a few areas that weren’t quite clean. But we we would still stay here again. Thank you Francis!!

Great Getaway

This is a beautiful place to stay and the proximity to the beach was perfect. It has a lovely view of the beach from the porch and the kitchen was really well equipped with decent appliances and pans and enough plates and glasses for our large group. It was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay there. The beds are super comfortable!

This house has it all

The family enjoyed our stay at this wonderful house. It’s well equipped and decorated beautifully. It’s a very short walk to the beach. The host was a pleasure to rent from. Will defiantly be back.

Great place great view

It was a great place to stay in a nice location. Only thing was mosquitos where really bad after the hurricane that came in so we didn't get to sit on balcony or be under the carport much without a lot of bug spray. But we still loved it.

Definitely a keeper

The house was everything described in the vrbo listing. It was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Owners very responsive to any issues and pleasant to deal with. I’m quite picky on condition of property and I have zero complaints. It was a wonderful stay! The view is amazing from the large covered porch. Beds very comfortable. I recommend this property for your next beach vacation.

Deck with a view

The best beach house!

We LOVE this beach house. This was our fifth or sixth year staying here with another family, and it was just as good as always. The location is excellent, and we really appreciate the box of beach toys, chairs & wagon that helps cart things to and fro on the short walk to the beach. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the beds are comfortable. The kids love the bunk room. Frances is very helpful and easy to reach. The best part might be the porch, which offers a great view of the ocean!

Family Beach Fun!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and the main reason we returned is...location, location, location! It is a third row home with front row views. The property is clean and fully stocked with everything you might possibly need for a fun family vacation at the beach. We can't wait to come back next summer!

Perfect beach house

My kids and grandkids have stayed here for multiple times and always have the best time. The house is well maintained and we love the location. It's a very short walk to the beach and close enough to the main part of town to eat out or get what you need. The owner is always very quick to respond to any concerns or questions (although there are not many).

The views are amazing! Sit on the deck and be lulled into a peaceful place by the sounds of the ocean. Located three miles west of the seawall. Close enough to the seawall and yet far enough away to avoid the crowds.
