Things did not start well when we were given a unit that was not the unit that we reserved on VRBO! Then when we entered the unit, it was less than satisfactory is compared to the pictures that we have seen on the website. Also, it was dirty! The floors were so dirty that we had to throw away one of our dogs toys because it got dirty on the floor. The only thing that we appreciated was the parking garage that was very convenient. We also appreciated you welcoming our pet.

Hello David, there was certainly some misunderstandings and confusion around your reservation. Our notes state that you spoke with a reservations agent in early January and insisted that you had booked a downstairs unit-not an upstairs unit. So we moved you from the unit reserved on Vrbo to the downstairs unit. Then when you arrived, our records show that you were upset that you were not in the upstairs unit that you had originally booked. I think all of us here are very perplexed, but all of the emails you received from us after the change in January (confirmation email, electronic signature email and check-in email) reflect the downstairs unit that we thought you wanted. We are sorry there was any error on our part- we thought we fulfilled your request. We are sorry about dirty floors- that is very out of character for this cleaning crew but I've shared the feedback with them. Best, Beach-N-Bay Getaways

This property is in a great location and very very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and having so many shops and restaurants close by. We will definitely be back!

Easy to check-in. Wi-Fi was great. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We loved hearing the Sea Lions and Seagulls and seeing the Otters play. Very Clean and very comfortable. We will be back!

Great Morro Bay embarcadero location!

Great location, walkable to many stores and places to eat, newish construction (which is nice!) and very comfortable bed and bedding! Also, the view of the bay and the rock is incredible, with a cute patio to enjoy it from. We will be back for sure!

Favorite Place

We have stayed at these condos before and we will look no further for our future Morro Bay trips. Being right on the water is really spectacular- we saw jelly fish, otters, seals, and herons right from our balcony!

Such an amazing stay with amazing views! The place was super clean, besides the bird poop on the balcony but can’t really help that staying at a beach! So, No complaints here! Would love to come back

Wonderful

We loved our quick getaway. The location is perfect. We enjoyed the sunsets from the porch every evening and loved the view in the morning. The bed was super comfortable and the condo was very clean with the amenities you need. We’ll be back for sure.

We have stayed at this property before. It is always first rate. We love the location, amenities and the host care. We needed something to be repaired in the bathroom and the hosts sent over the repair person within 15 minutes. Incredible service. We will stay here again!

Perfect all the way around!

We have stayed here a few times and its just perfect! Great location! The view from the balcony is always breathtaking and the pictures I get from the sunrise and sunset you can hang on a wall. Walking distance to everything and easy access if you're driving out for the day. Garage parking and area is always quiet. The seals and otters never disappoint with entertainment!

Wonderful Relaxing location

This property is amazing . I have stayed here before only downstairs in the handicap apartment. It is fully ready for your stay , everything is there from pots and pans to outdoor seating. The bed was the most comfortable. My only regrets are I thought I was booking directly with BEACH and BAY and somehow VBRO got in there and charge you a LOT more.
