On se croirait à la campagne, mais juste en bas de la colline se trouve le Harbour Hotel et le village de Watkins Glen avec tous les plaisirs que le village a à offrir. Le Guest Quarters est une excellente escapade pour un long week-end de visites touristiques, de visites de vignobles, de promenades à vélo ou de voitures de course. Descendez la colline jusqu'au village et passez une soirée en ville. Glen Mountain Market est une excellente pause café le matin ou simplement vous asseoir sur le porche et siroter votre café et admirer la vue imprenable sur le lac. This was a great home base for us as we explored the areas around Seneca and Cayuga Lakes. We very much appreciated the stocked fridge when we arrived, the place was clean and quiet, the view to the lake was gorgeous, and Teresa and Ed were excellent communicators both before and during our stay.

This was our second stay at Theresa’s and Ed’s lovely property. Very quiet, with a beautiful view of Lake Seneca. Fridge is stocked with breakfast goodies (including juice and muffins), cheese and crackers, a couple of beers and a bottle of wine. Minutes from downtown Watkins Glen. Would gladly stay here again!

First timers visiting Finger Lakes

Great location for ground zero, close to downtown and easy access to lower lake breweries and wineries as well as the awesome Watkins Glen State Park. There was wonderful outdoor space to enjoy relaxing with a view of the lake. Ed and Theresa were very gracious hosts.

Lakeside Retreat

The property was convenient, comfortable and well maintained. It had a great view of Seneca Lake and was quiet and peaceful. It amply provided for everything we needed during our stay. The furnishings were unique and were in great condition.

My husband & I have had a summer vacation cottage on Seneca Lake for the last 40 years. We had been living in southwest Florida and managing our resort on Longboat Key and summering at our cottage on Seneca Lake. We sold our resort 2008. Due to family we moved to Watkins Glen and bought this estate house at the top of the hill with 5 acres and a beautiful lake view. We also bought a local marina (Frog Hollow Marina) that also needed lots of TLC. So we went from the good life as they say of retirement to a life of having fun working. The house was totally cool but needed lots of TLC. We contemplated a B&B as the main house has 6 bedrooms/ 4 bathrooms and two 1/2 bathrooms. The house is a 5 year project and every year it remains a 5 year project. The guest quarters apartment had not been used for many of years by the previous owners so after deciding not to do a B&B we fixed up the Guest Quarters Apartment for a vacation rental. This year (2015) we are adding The West Wing Guest Quarters consisting a of bedroom/sitting room/bathroom. Our two separate quarters are a great place to hang out when visiting Watkins Glen and the surround area. Feel like you are in the country but just walk down the hill and you are in the heart of The Village of Watkins Glen. We love that we are so close to everything but so far away.

Rose Hill Guest Quarters & The West Wing Quarters - the perfect place to be when visiting Seneca Lake and the Village of Watkins Glen. We sit on 5 acres at the top of the hill overlooking Seneca Lake and the Village. Walk down the hill to the Village for casual or sophisticated dinning. We are directly up the hill from the beautiful Harbor Hotel. We do have a car garage if you need to get that special car out of the weather. This is a one of a kind place for your special get away. We do except small pets under 15 lbs only in the Guest Quarters.

Your own Guest Quarters on our five acre estate property overlooking the Village of Watkins Glen and Seneca Lake. Rose Hill Guest Quarters is at the top of the hill up from the Harbor Hotel with a beautiful view of Seneca Lake and the Village Marina. You have your own private porch, sundeck and BBQ. It's a great place to enjoy all the pleasures that the area has to offer but feel that you have your own private getaway. Walk down the hill for a pleasant evening on the town or stay at your Guest Quarters - BBQ, drink a little wine and enjoy the view. RELAX, KICKBACK, DON'T WORRY!
