Le Palmier King de Palm Hale est au dernier (2e) Ă©tage de la maison. C'est 1 chambre avec lit King, salle de bains, vĂ©randa en vĂ©randa, salon, salle Ă  manger, vue sur l'ocĂ©an de toutes les chambres, cuisine avec rĂ©frigĂ©rateur pleine grandeur., cuisiniĂšre, four, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, mixeur, cafetiĂšre et moulin Ă  cafĂ© pour prĂ©parer le cĂ©lĂšbre cafĂ© Kona, tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble, wifi. Il y a laveuse et sĂ©cheuse Ă  piĂšces dans une salle commune. L'extĂ©rieur a un kiosque, une table, des chaises et un barbecue pour ceux qui aiment faire des grillades. Il y a beaucoup de stationnement hors rue derriĂšre la maison. La maison est situĂ©e de maniĂšre Ă  ce que vous puissiez profiter de la brise de l'ocĂ©an et entendre les vagues se briser sur le rivage la nuit. Nous sommes entre Magic Sands Beach (plage de sable blanc) et Snorkel Beach (plage de Kahalu'u) et les deux sont Ă  distance de marche si vous voulez simplement passer du temps sur les plages locales. Nous sommes Ă©galement Ă  seulement un mile du centre de Keauhou qui a une Ă©picerie, des restaurants, un bureau de poste, un thĂ©Ăątre, des installations mĂ©dicales et un marchĂ© de producteurs le samedi matin, mĂȘme des spectacles de musique et de danse certains week-ends. Vous avez la ville de Kona Ă  5 minutes en bas de Alii Dr. dans l'autre direction qui a beaucoup de magasins Ă  parcourir, des restaurants, des sites historiques et des endroits pour vous inscrire Ă  des activitĂ©s telles qu'un luau, des visites, des excursions de plongĂ©e en apnĂ©e, des leçons de surf, des sous-marins manĂšges, chartes pour la pĂȘche au gros et bien plus encore, tout cela le long de l'ocĂ©an.
Les couchers de soleil sont incroyables, dans la soirĂ©e, vous verrez les habitants s'arrĂȘter sur les cĂŽtĂ©s de la route pour surveiller le flash vert alors que le soleil passe Ă  l'horizon.
Il existe deux systĂšmes de transport en commun qui fonctionnent sur Alii Drive, ce qui les rend trĂšs accessibles.

We really enjoyed our stay at King Palm! Isaac was so easy to deal with and so responsive and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. Spacious and comfortable. It is best to have a rental car, but there are definitely beaches in walking distance.I would have two recommendations for anybody going in the future. I would buy bottled water and if you are sensitive to Street noise, birds and neighbors I would bring ear plugs. Isaac did have a sound machine in the room which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

One of the most delightful places I've ever stayed, SO special! The ocean views and breezes were epic!! Isaac was a wonderful host- friendly, hospitable, accommodating, excellent communication...It was also one of the cleanest rentals I've ever stayed in, tastefully decorated, comfortable. We had a great stay at the King Palm suite in this small apt. building. Our unit was very spacious with a big living room/dining room area, large kitchen, large bedroom with comfortable king bed, a walk in closet where we could easily store all of our things and a big bathroom with a great shower. The outside walls are almost all made of slatted bifold doors with screened windows- when they were open it felt like we were in a treehouse. We could see the ocean from our place as well as a wealth of landscaped trees and bushes. The unit is on the upstairs of a two floor building with 4 other studio units. The owner Isaac provides an array of supplies including coolers, beach chairs, snorkels and fins and boogie boards for your use and he also provides an array of touring ideas. We discovered that one of the best snorkeling beaches is just down the road 0.7 miles away. The building is about one house away from Alii drive which can be noisy so be prepared to use ear plugs at times. Otherwise it was a comfortable spacious and homey unit and provided us with a great stay!

This stay well exceeded our expectations. One thing that stands out is the hosts genuine enjoyment of creating an experience for guests. There is an overall feeling of giving and sharing embodying the Hawaiian aloha. The unit itself was fantastic. Well maintained and very clean but also well stocked to meet any need. The kitchen in particular was unusually convenient compared to other rentals I’ve stayed. Location is very convenient to some of the most celebrated beaches like Magic Sands. Only a short distance to shopping and entertainment.

Great vacation rental

We had a wonderful stay in the King Palm room. It was clean, comfortable, nice and open. We used the full kitchen daily, and felt right at home there. Check in and out was quick and easy.

Very special place

We loved our stay! Location was ideal- short walks both directions to wonderful beaches. Island breezes and sunsets were perfect from the condo. Everything we needed was included and we were very comfortable the entire time. We enjoyed visiting the chickens and ducks in the backyard.

Very pleasant

Easy access and parking, not super walkable but not a big deal as most things are driving distance anyways. lots of nature sounds and birds at night which was not a problem for us but if you need total quiet to sleep there are earplugs.

Awesome property and location

This was our second stay at this home. Probably the best-equipped place we've ever rented. Ideal location. Highly recommend unless you seek a noiseless place. Sound of road and other guests is noticeable but not an issue for us.

A lovely Hawaiian-style penthouse!

We very much enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again! The lovely high ceilings and shuttered/screened windows all around give such an open, breezy feel. No AC required and the sound of the waves make for great sleeping too. A wonderfully spacious place for a couple but also great for a family with a child. Isaac is a gracious and very responsive host.

Great place.

You can’t go wrong with this place. The location is perfect, close enough to town, and just far enough away to not be in all the hustle and bustle. There’s a couple beaches that are very close. Isaac is a great host & there when needed. The bed is super comfy & there’s plenty of everything in the kitchen for cooking. Will definitely be back.

Lovely, spacious apartment near Magic Sands beach

The property was 2nd floor, light,airy and spotless. Just as advertised, a great location in a quiet neighborhood walking distance from 2 beaches. Issac the manager was fabulous- responsive, communicative and very kind. We were comfortable and happy here.

Great stay!

Isaac was a great host! We arrived at midnight, and he made our check-in process very easy and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable the whole time we were there. The property was clean, beds were comfortable, and we loved the sound of the birds singing each morning (and I even have a phobia of birds!) There is some street noise but the neighborhood itself felt safe and quiet. Definitely recommend this place!

I recently moved to Kona after going to school here when I was 17 (a few years back now haha) I fell in love with the island. I was born in San Clemente and spent the last 20 years before Kona in Santa Barbara California. The weather and water here are second to none, weirdly comforting having the west facing beaches and sunsets. My uncle David moved over here 2012 ish and has been helping me get started with the vacation renting family business :) Looking forward to hosting people from all of the world so they can see this beautiful Island I fell in love with. I'm sure you will fall in love too.
