Récemment rénové (mai 2019) Entouré de montagnes majestueuses, cette retraite spacieuse est située à seulement 1,5 mile de la station de ski de Durango Mountain (Purgatory), à 30 miles ou moins de fabuleux magasins et restaurants à Durango et Silverton, et à seulement 42 miles de l'aéroport de Durango.

Activités:
Profitez des sentiers de randonnée à proximité, des chutes d'eau et des trous de baignade, des sources chaudes, du VTT incroyable, de l'équitation, des tubes, du rafting, de la tyrolienne, du ski alpin et du ski de fond, de la motoneige, de la raquette et de la luge. Ou détendez-vous et profitez de la beauté!

Le condo:
Parfait pour les familles ou les amis, le condo a 3 chambres à coucher plus une mezzanine (8 couchages), 3 salles de bain, une grande salle familiale avec télévision à écran plat, un coin repas ouvert, une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, laveuse / sécheuse et deux balcons. Deux téléviseurs, deux lecteurs DVD, une grande sélection de films, jeux et livres, une chaßne stéréo, une connexion Wi-Fi, du bois de chauffage, des traßneaux et des raquettes de tennis sont également fournis pour votre plaisir.

Perfect for Purgatory!

Our family, and another family with kids stayed here in mid-March to enjoy skiing and snowboarding at Purgatory. This is our 3rd time staying a Cascade Village, and this condo was our favorite accommodation! Our kids particularly enjoyed being right next to perhaps the best sledding hill at Cascade Village, while the adults enjoyed being able to watch the kids sled from the comfort of the spacious dining room, living room and balcony.Highly recommend!

Great Getaway!

We stayed here for our winter break with my family and one other sharing the condo and it was a great experience! The kitchen was well stocked and equipped, the condo had lots of extras that made the stay even more enjoyable. Comfortable furniture, great layout, and good amount of space. The shuttle to Purgatory mountain was a great amenity also. Great hosts and highly recommend to anyone looking for a winter getaway! We will be back...

Condo at Cascade Village for ski and sightseeing

Beautiful condo, conveniently located near Purgatory Ski area and Durango, Colorado. We used the shuttle to go skiing, which was very helpful.The owners were very available and helpful to answer our questions.The condo was updated and very welcoming with all the comfort needed. We loved being able to rest next to the warm fireplace in the evening and firewood was conveniently provided.We appreciated having covered parking by entrance door and a place to leave our ski equipment.The decoration was very tasteful, perfect for a mountain feel. Last but not least, the views! Amazing views of the mountains from both levels (living room/kitchen and upstairs bedroom). We enjoyed our stay and thank the owners for these beautiful memories!

Great location near Purgatory Ski Resort

We really enjoyed staying here. The location is great since we went skiing twice. Beautiful view!Kitchen well equipped. Great communication with our host. We forgot something at the house when we left and he kindly mailed it back to us. I will definitely stay here again!

Great place for family ski trip

Our large family had a wonderful New Year’s ski trip while staying at this place. It had everything we could possibly need, and the location was excellent. Keith was very prompt in answering any questions we had. We look forward to booking again.

Relaxing Mountain Condo

This was our third annual visit here. The condo is very spacious and has great views of the mountains. The location is very convenient to many beautiful hiking trails. The condo is nicely updated and has all the cookware needed for cooking meals. We loved the cool mountain air while sitting out on the balcony in the evening. We would highly recommend staying here.

March Getaway

This home was super nice! It's in a great location for access to Purgatory, the Nordic Center, and other outdoor adventures. It was super clean and was a great space for 4 adults and 4 kids. We enjoyed the furnishings and artwork. The community center pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center is great.

Family ski trip

This is the absolute perfect set up for a family skiing purgatory. The space is large, very clean, and has three lovely bathrooms and bedrooms plus a large, fully stocked kitchen. We will book again!

Lovely place to stay!

We have stayed here twice and will likely make this our yearly family gathering place. Beautiful, comfortable, quiet. The ease of renting skis on-site and the shuttle to the ski area are bonuses.

First ski trip

This condo was conveniently located close to Purgatory resort, so was short drive to go skiiing. The place was perfect for our family of 5. The only problem we had was getting into casade village driveway at times after had snowed quiet a bit with front-wheeled drive SUV. Keith was super helpful and answered all my questions about the place during our stay. I would definitely book this condo again!!

Really well stocked kitchen. Tons of movies and games. Lots of towels, bedding. Tempurpedic mattress (at least in master I didn’t check other beds). Would definitely stay there again!

Christmas getaway

The owners were very accommodating and allowed us to check in early which we were very appreciative of. They had also let us know ahead of time that the dishwasher was not working so we weren't caught by surprise. Overall the place was the perfect size for our family. My family loved the fact that each room had its own thermostat and could be set to the temperature of each person's liking. I would definitely recommend others to stay here. My family and I were so happy with our stay that we are considering coming back next year.

Perfect San Juan Mountain Vacation Stay

Wow! Best VRBO rental we've stayed at to date. And in the top five of all vacation rentals we've experienced. Perfect location and amenities for us, everything we needed and central to all our activities. We rafted in Durango, went off-road in Silverton and Ouray and enjoyed hiking in Purgatory, and loved shopping and dining in all four, so again perfect location! The condo was very clean and well stocked with towels, cookware, dinnerware and utensils. We arrived with basic groceries and luggage, everything else we needed was already there. The pool and hot tub were convenient and well maintained. The owner responded quickly to our questions and followed up to make sure we enjoyed or stay, thanks Keith. Great condo, very clean and well equiped, centrally located to mountain activities, plus incredible views! We love the San Juan Mountains, love the condo and will return soon.

Silverton Durango Weekend

Wonderful Mountain Condo

This was our second time staying at the condo. We come to the area primarily to hike and it’s centrally located to a variety of good hiking trails. The condo is nicely decorated and has great mountain view’s. The furniture and beds are comfortable and all appliances are in good working order. Keith has been very responsive and is easy to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

Relaxing week.

Enjoyed our stay in purgatory. Condo was well maintained and furnished. We went to get out of the heat of Arizona and relax in the mountains and this was a perfect setting. Location was 1/2 way between Silverton and Durango.
