Charme, Rustic Lake Cottage, idéal pour les familles qui veulent Get Away!

Profitez de notre charmant cottage du lac rustique avec 2 chambres / 1 salle de bain. Apportez votre bateau et l'attacher au quai ou barboter dans notre canot. Après une journée de pêche et la natation, profiter d'un feu de camp dans la fosse de feu tout faire griller des guimauves. Asseyez-vous sur la véranda et profiter de la vue sur le lac. Le gril à gaz extérieur est prêt pour votre barbecue. La grande cour est grande pour un match de badminton. Vous voulez réserver votre R & R du temps dans le hamac qui pend sur le rivage.

Le gîte dispose d'une chambre avec un grand lit. La deuxième chambre a un grand lit et un lit superposé. Les draps et serviettes ne sont pas fournis. La cuisine est équipée avec des pots, des casseroles et des plats. Internet et télévision par câble sont disponibles.

La région a beaucoup à faire et à voir. Yankee Springs State Park, le casino, les restaurants et les magasins sont à une courte voiture métro.

Nous louons du samedi au samedi seulement. Nous allons considérer les petits animaux.

It was just lovely! The sunsets were spectacular. Morning coffee on the dock with tons of fish swimming about was perfection. We had a great time kayaking too. We hope to come back soon!

Lake front

Very Beautiful lakefront! It is nice and sandy all around the dock, which is awesome to be able to wade in. So much to do on this lake!

The description is pretty close to accurate, however, it is ready for a deep clean and could use a refresh on the furniture if not able to be shampooed. Sometimes you just have to put a little money into your investment just to keep it where it is! Enjoyed the rest the lake it was peaceful we did have 4 to 5 fans running a lot of the time when needed otherwise we had a great week.

Cabin/ Cottage like atmosphere.

It was a lovely and relaxing stay. Only disappointment was that the refrigerator/ freezer & sink & tea pot were not clean to my standards. Also the oven had a dirty pan in it. Hopefully we left it better than we found it. Could not find any thing to clean with except windex. If we found a rake I would have racked the small limbs that fell during storm.

Needs upgrades

Great Location! But no comforts of home. There was no upgrades meaning everything must of been 20 years old. This is not necessary a bad thing. (BUT)The furniture was just as old. We left a day early because the beds were so uncomfortable and sofa smelled it was hard to relax. The structure of the home is also in bad shape. It's visible clear the owners use this as pure income without investing money back in for maintenance or improvements.

What a beautiful location on Gun Lake.! We enjoyed having the fire pit and the outdoor areas. Very friendly community. Conveniently located near our family in Grand Rapids.

Quaint and cozy

Such a sweet old style cottage right up to the screen door that slams. Beautiful breezes off the water, great neighbors and wonderful quiet area, great for walking or riding your bikes. Shades on the screen porch were a bit hard for me to roll up and down since I’m short and I had to do it alone. Owner is considering an easier way to roll them up and down. Lots of fans but if it is hot and muggy, remember no AC. Can get quite hot. I would definitely rent again and recommend it.

Vacation 2021

Stayed for 2 weeks. Had beautiful weather every day. Caught lots of fish. Love this Lake. I will definitely be back again next year! The neighbors next door were awesome people!! Only downfall is not having an air conditioner. And it really needs a new grill.

Yes, this is a very dated cottage. But, if you want a place to relax and fish off the dock, this is it.

This was our second year renting this property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Well equipped kitchen, good beds, nicely appointed living area and love the hammocks. Found a couple of local restaurants that were super. Perfect for just us two on our week-long getaway.

Loved it!

Absolutely loved it! Love the rustic cabin. Made me feel l like I was on vacation and not in a hotel. Only wish there was a boat or kayak to use. The paddle boat didn't steer right and the canoe was way to big. I am going to book this rental again next summer!

Rustic cottage as described. More than expected.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the cottage and beach. One of the best locations on Gun Lake. I know, because I lived on the lake from 1973 to 1986. Safe swim area for kids. Beautiful sunset. Plenty of shade (all day) as well as sun. Loads of parking space which can be a challenge with many lake properties. Paddle boat and canoe available. Hammock ideally located. I will definitely rent this cottage again if available.

The place was outdated and needs some deep cleaning. The daily construction nearby made I hard to relax (out of the owner's control but should have been mentioned). Furniture is old and uncomfortable. Plus side: Lake is beautiful and great for swimming.

Great stay

Totally enjoyed our stay at Nimo Inn! Plenty of fans in cottage, since there was no air. We usually had a good breeze flowing thru the porch windows. Lakefront was nice, sandy bottom for enjoying the water. Glad to have steps off dock, which made it easier to get in and out of water. Plenty of utensils for grilling/cooking. Overall great stay and we'll be back!!
